The staff has been wonderful. The accommodations have been lacking. No hot tub, no rooftop bar, no breakfast, and the fire alarms have been going off all night. All ameneties listed, were promised prior.

Staff are very friendly. Comfortable for a short stay. It could use a hair dryer, wifi, working t.v and more comfortable beds. But this was not a deal breaker for me. I loved staying here regardless it’s very clean and smells nice. A bonus is they have brochures with excursion information.

Nave Bank has announced a $7 million financing for the renovation of the iconic The Wave Hotel Condado, located in the heart of Condado, San Juan. It needs a hug. People at the front desk were kind.

Excellent hotel, very central to a lot of places and amazing staff. The only thing is parking so if you rent a car be ready to pay $25 to park and not even on hotel premises
