Bathtub is crunchy. Do not trust staff to differentiate between the freezer and refrigerator. We called twice to confirm if they could accommodate our medication being refrigerate. However, staff didn’t take any notes from these calls. The manager blamed it on us. Rude and defensive manager.

The staff was wonderful but the price I paid for this room was not fair. Yes is convenient because is inside the airport and the free breakfast was good. But it stank really bad on the second floor by the restaurant, my room was so outdated! It was cold and I was not able to get hot water to shower in the morning. You should consider lowering the price of your hotel until you update those rooms. Thank you

We arrive very early, 0920 versus a 1600 check-in time. We understood that we would have to wait for rooms to become available as they were cleaned. We were one of the first 10 or so rooms to arrive at that time. As time went on dozens more arrived. After 2 hours I asked if we were close because people who arrived after us had already been given rooms. We were told someone would call us when our room was ready, so we left the hotel to get lunch. At around 1430 we returned to see that the lobby was empty and everyone but us had been issued a room. They had simply forgetten about us letting us wait 5 hours to check-in. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a long wait before check in. That’s not the hotel fault but there were people sitting on the floor everywhere because there is insufficient waiting space with chairs. There is only one restaurant/bar available and they could not accommodate the crowd. After finally getting a room the facilities and staff were good enough for a single night stay.
