The check-in experience was disorganized and understaffed, and the staff member who assisted me was both rude and dismissive, which immediately cast a shadow over my stay. There was no bell service available to assist with luggage, and no effort was made to orient guests to the hotel’s amenities. While the front desk service was a significant disappointment, the beach, pool, buffet, and restaurant teams were the only redeeming aspects of my stay, offering consistently attentive and friendly service.

We had a great stay! Comfortable, clean room. Daily service was excellent. Beach towels & water refill by the pool. Super convenient, great staff. Perfect location - walking distance to 24 hr grocery store. I accidentally left something in the room safe. Security located it promptly and mailed it back to me right away. Staff were very attentive ,friendly , food and drinks were great. Valet team were very helpful with my disabled husband.Housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful.Front desk staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze.Thanks for all that your staff did to make our stay memorable.

The room was spotless. The entire staff was very accommodating. The entire experience was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The quality of the food at the restaurant on the beach however could have been better. More work needs to be done on that front. I would definitely go back again. I truly enjoyed the area.

The room and grounds were clean and well kept. However I felt uncomfortable at the hotel because the staff was not friendly and Im not sure if they were guards or not but they would stand and stare at me like I was trying to steal something. The food was overpriced and the servjce was bad. The energy of the place was very off-puting. But appearance wise it looks nice.

Needs to be cleaned better . Bed and bathroom were ok but inside of draws and other places were dusty and dirty . The balcony door kept getting jammed . Had maintenance come and was told track was bent and had to keep lifting it up . Elevators took forever . One was always broken .
