The resort and all staff were wonderful! Always clean. The room and beds were great. The smell of our room and just entering the resort, those smells were amazing! They have towels that you can get outside with your room key. They have beach chairs and umbrellas for the guests. Many places to walk to from the resort!

First time here and firt time going to a Sonesta property. This is a very clean and well- maintained property. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. The swim up bar is huge and has a shade canopy that extends over the pool. The drink choices are great and are all reasonably priced. The pool itelf is immaculate and there are plenty of shade areas and lounge chairs. Staff are prompt and courteous. The room had a King bed. It was clean and up to date… The best time to come here is August through October as it is their low season. We are definitely coming back!

Outdoor pool is large and kid friendly. The beach is right there, with chairs and towels available with no wait time. Free water bottle in the room and gets replenished every day. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast /buffet. I stayed at the Sonesta in Portugal/Lisbon the breakfast was just fabulous there. In PR it was just ordinary.

If you are ok with unexpected fees this is the place for you. When we checked we were told there would be a $500 dollar hold, $120 would be kept for facility/ amenity fees for use of pool/chairs/beach. I thought the daily rates would cover this but Ok, sure. When we checked out these fees were about $400! My incidental fees was about $100. 2 other couples reported the same thing, coincidently their facility/amenity fees were close to the amount of their holds. the hotel IS a little run down, small water leaks all over the roofs in lobby and room, mold around roof and tub. Pool needs l filter checked, way too much debris floating and on the ground, especially near the swim up bar. I have several friends traveling to PR in the several months, I would NOT recommend this place. The Italian restaurant is beautiful, but it has to be the one of the worse foods I have ever had. I noticed other customers returned plates still filled with food.

Always a great stay

I love this hotel and its location, this is my fourth stay here. The beach is amazing, the beach bar convenient, the pool is heated and always the best temperature. Has everything you need on property. Unfortunately this stay we had a room in front of the elevator which made it hard to sleep. I’ll be sure to call prior when I book again. The resort is great for families. And they have cabanas available during the day by the pool making family time easy.

This is a great location to stay. Very clean, very professional valet parking affordable The room was clean and is cleaned daily The kids loved the pool and the pool side bar was a huge plus. Going to the beach was super easy, literally walk downstairs to the lobby and walk across the pool and you’re at the beach with a beach side bar and restaurant this was literally a getaway…

We had a great time here on our honeymoon! Everything was first class. It would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the hotel room so we didn’t waste so much food though.
