Before I booked I called Vrbo who connected me to Ahmira to verify that the room I wanted saw was the exact room I would be getting on the photo. She assured me that it was. When I get there hallway floors full of debris chips, door next to mine was damaged as if boken into. My front wall to the front entrance chipped,& banged up. We pressed the key pad, & the door didn't open-jammed so we had to push it open with strength. The walls inside weren't finished still needed caulking & paint with exposed electrical wiring. Most importantly, the reason I booked this particular room was due to the ocean view, it wasn't but the view of buildings, back of alleys,& garbage cans,.etc... Lastly I called Ahmira to inform her this isn't the place I booked,& she proceeded to tell me, the walls were the decorations,& it is a beach view,& she wouldn't give me a refund. Switch, & bait/Catfished. Vrbo should send someone over to check before posting it as a "10"! Absolutely "HORRIBLE!!! Left & asap never looked back.

Overall, the stay was great. The room was nice, the room was clean, and we had an excellent view from the balcony.Only negatives: 1) The water was warm, but unable to get hot; 2) the sheets were not deep pocket sheets and they kept popping off the matress (the edges pop off when you get into/move on the bed, exposing the bare matress)...this was fairly irritating and was the larger of the two issues. 3) the garbage chute outside the elevator stinks (not the host fault... but not ideal)Despite the small things, this was a good option and excellent location. The price was a little higher than other comparable places, but not excessively so.
