Great property, but starting to show its age. The public spaces are great. Elevated. Beautiful. Swanky. Well maintained. The rooms while large and comfortable look a bit worn down. Chips in the closet and dressers. Poor lighting in the bathroom. They need a proper refresh and perhaps a fresh coat of paint. But I had a great visit and would return. I have high expectations of a Fairmont property.
Good overall experience just a few things, the room smelled a little musty, I did not receive any regular wash rags, only mid sized towels, coffee machine didn't work never received a new one,
I love everything about this place! My family and I are definitely coming back!

Great resort. Live music every night in the lobby. Beautiful lobby with wood walls and wood ceilings. Four bars in the lobby. Nice Casino next to the lobby. Super nice pools. Amazing rooms. Loved it, can't wait to go back!

had a closet for a room. staff was nice. very impressive lobby. no maintainence of the beach. pool area messy. only a 1 night stay
Access to the beach excellent,food and drinks too expensive and poor customer service at bar restaurant was bad and some service personnel at pool facilities was rude. There should be no cats roaming the hotel if this is a 4.5 or more hotel. Just disappointing overall and some areas were dirty ,not up too par.
We had a great visit from start to finish. Very accommodating with flight schedules and usage of property. There’s something for everyone … highly recommend the Fairmount!
The beach is beautiful and the pools are great
The property was conveniently located very close to the airport. The hotel, room, and casino was clean and very well kept. I enjoyed the live entertainment in the lobby. There is a CVS close by (short walking distance), along with a BK, KFC, and other local food restaurants. Nice and quiet is you want to relax. The night life is in Condado, a short distance away. Nothing bad to say, other than it was a little pricey on the resort. Yup - 22 bucks for a Patron shot. Awesome place to stay.
