Everything was good. But the breakfasts were monotonous, I would like a little more variety of food. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers, and since the humidity in the region is high, there is a need for washing and drying, so it would be good to have at least one more washing machine and dryer.

Despite some flaws I think the hotel is very beautiful. The staff were super friendly. Just a few mins from the beach. Nice hot breakfast, Codos to the cook that made the omelettes 😍. Also thank you to the adorable, petite bar tender. I didn’t get her name but she always wore a bun and has brown hair. She was always super sweet and always helpful. Check in and out was simple. My only complaints was that the hallway had this wet rug type smell, and the dryer in the laundry room isn’t the greatest. Wish there was a 2nd laundry room or something because almost every time I wanted to use it, it was busy. And if left unattended someone can mess with your clothes. I had someone take my clothes out of the dryer to put theirs in and mine was still wet. But overall good hotel, would recommend.

Room smelled like mold the minute we stepped in. Our sheets and comforter were wet the minute we arrived until the last day. We asked them to change them during our stay but they stayed the same. We also have small bites on our legs– beware. Isn’t the cleanest hotel you will come across. Parking is so bad. We were charged 9$ for a couple of hours, then less than 24 hours it was 35$ which is absurd because we are staying on the property. Our keycards never worked for the parking and employees did not care. 2nd shift employees were too busy using their phone and listening to music that just yolo’ed the fact we were paying too much. I’m all for it but I am paying for a service and I was being over charged.
