Great place for the money. Very close to beach only problem elevator broke down and had to carry four bags of luggage down three flights of stairs

Ashley was a great host. The condo was small but very nice. Laundry on property and two beach chairs and a small cooler in the room. 2 min walk to the beach, 6 min drive to the airport. Plenty of food very close, from dive bar to 5 star. Will stay again.

Overall the room was clean, but personally we found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked well, but it was really loud and cycled on and off which woke us up while we were sleeping and the TV had to be turned up when it went on. The building it was located in was also older. We did appreciate that gated parking was provided and that It was near the beach. The owner was also great at communicating with us. But we thought the price was a little high for the place.

We just needed a place for one night, The studio was clean and convenient to the beach, had two chairs we used to enjoy the sun and surf. Had a question with lockbox, answered right away.

Apartment was clean and location was perfect. The outside of the building looks sketchy but it is sage. My only complaint was the lack of timeliness when communicating. We were told to message when getting off our cruise to see if apartment was ready but did not receive a response until over an hour later when we needed to know if we needed to head that way or not. The responseivness was not the greatest.communicating. We

Very cute and newly renovated studio literally 20 steps from the beach. Has a partial view of the water. Easy to access and a great responsive host. Only thing i would say negative is the bed is very hard and could use one more blanket..other than that its great!

So close to Isla Verde beach! Absolutely perfect. Took a little long getting check in information (codes, instructions, etc) but it didn’t disturb our stay. Easy self check in and out

Excellent, love how close it is to the beach I mean literally just steps away. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacy etc. the studio is super cute perfect for solo or a couple, communication is excellent! Will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

No, the ocean was not visible from the room. The bathroom is too small. The parking is very limited and if you do not arrive early, you may not find parking at all. If you want to stay out late, I will not recommend this place due to the parking. It is very close to the beach but only one way in and out and street is very dark. This is place for 2 people not more. The host was very communicative and responsive. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, and I will not advise anyone to walk to the casinos at night, very isolated streets. The room was clean and has a very good air conditioning.

This studio was perfect for two. The location was great. Beach was right outside the gate. There was so much dining and shopping within walking distance! Perfect spot to stay! The property owner was amazing too and was always available and helpful when needed! I would definitely book here again!

A few steps out the building and gate, is a gorgeous beach to take a nice morning walk and swim. I liked that there was shade from the Palm trees to sit on the beach chairs provided in my room, and enjoy the view and sound of the ocean waves.
The Cute Beach Studio building is with the blue box air condition coverings.
It is also a sea turtle nesting area.
I also liked to open my window at night and listen to the ocean's rhythms.

Clean, location was great, parking was sometimes difficult due to tenants not following the one car rule. The location is great for beach goers, quite and the condo is perfect for 2 guest.

The room was beautifully crafted and the host was just a text or phone call away if anything had come up. Very partial view of the beach but just steps away to get a nice tan. Perfect for solo travelers such as myself.
