Property was awesome. Food was great. Beautiful view.

At first glance, this property looks lovely. on closer inspection it is literally falling apart. The concrete on the outside of the main tower is crumbling exposing rusty rebar. Our room was quite large and bright and had a private patio area that opened to a walkway leading to the pool. However the room had no toilet paper or towels ... Instead, there were some dirty socks in the corner. The room had clearly not been vacuumed and the patio was strewn with cigarette butts. The fitted sheets were too small for the beds and pulled off in the night, which is totally gross. There was no phone either, so we had to go all the way to the front desk THREE times to ask for towels and toilet paper. We were obliged to pay a resort fee of $68 for use of the pool. Check-in time was 4pm and check-out was at 11am. The pool was open 11am-6pm, meaning that we had to pay $68 for at most 2 hours of pool time. Pool towels were not available at the pool. Instead we had to ask at the front desk and wait for them to be delivered to our room. As mentioned earlier, it took 3 trips to the front desk to get any towels at all, so we opted to "air dry" rather than miss our chance to swim. In the morning we bought coffees in the lobby cafe because, despite what the listing said, there was not in-room coffee. The cafe in the lobby was actually quite nice and clean and the service was excellent.

Misleading! While the website shows pictures of newly renovated areas of the hotel, When we checked into our room it looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 70s And we immediately checked out.

The bathroom was constantly stuffed, it also had a leak. The staff at the coffee shop, Cava, was rude to everyone. They would not serve coffee as requested, and would argue with customers. It was a terrible experience to close my vacation.

i don’t really recommend this place.. there were cockroaches in the refrigerator.. should I tell more ?

We had a realny nice room and staff was very friendly and accomodating. There were few things that need to be improved like changing sheets and vacuuming of the room. We stayed for 4 nights and never had it done. Beach access closes at 6 which is extremally early and pół closes at 9. For a beach resort I found it very unusual. Otherwise ni complaints.

Severely out of repair, bar by pool was awful. Poo staff was rude. Jaimie in particolare. Buffet breakfast was worth it.

Excellent staff. They were very helpful friendly and kind. Great location. I love the beach access

we loved the resort and the staff was amazing the rooms were very nice and roomy the only thing we did not like was the mildew smell in the kitchen cabinets , was horrible so we did not use the dishes or pots and pans during our stay aside from that we had an awesome time and cant wait to return .

I requested a beach front with king size room during my reservation and got the total opposite. The balcony was flooded. We were finally switched to a king size room. There was no in room watered bottles. The ice maker made noise and took the entire 5 days for the bin to fill up. housekeeping were very minimal. We had to request towels. The TV didn’t work properly (not that we watched much tv) The concierge booked us on the wrong excursion as their website was not updated and did not informed us in advance. Beach chairs are only until 4pm-5pm and umbrellas are not included. BUT, Staff was friendly.

They were under construction, rooms were dated and hallways were hot and musky...not a good look...

The pool is awesome! Also, having access to the beach from the lobby made our time at the hotel even better.

I liked the pool. I didn’t like much more, the place was being renovated so the rooms were awful. You have to pay a lot more money to get an updated room. We did a package through orbitz and chose the room that comes at no extra charge. That was a bad idea. I think that once the entire place is done being renovated it would be a much nicer stay.
