I liked the pool. I didn’t like much more, the place was being renovated so the rooms were awful. You have to pay a lot more money to get an updated room. We did a package through orbitz and chose the room that comes at no extra charge. That was a bad idea. I think that once the entire place is done being renovated it would be a much nicer stay.

The staff was nice & helpful but inside of the building looks old. They put us in a room that smelled like wet rag & it was giving me a headache. I asked them to change my room & they did. The pool closes too early. They close at 8 & the beach by 9. They would close the beach a little later.

There’s currently remodeling around the building that can be an eye sore for some since it’s along the entrance. But for me, i don’t mind. I loved the room i was in

The property requires a lot of work in the rooms. The pictures that are shown on the site are not the rooms that are provided to guest. Most rooms need updating ! When requesting a room upgrade the staff does not seem to be enthusiastic or accommodating with this request.

Loved the beach access, they had the game room, pool and bar onsite. The property was walking distance to a lot of restaurants. We had a room with a balcony and view of the beach so that was great. The room was a good size too with stove, microwave, and fridge.. the only thing is the rooms were a little outdated and had a musty smell but aside from that our stay was excellent.

The beach access was great and the property appeared to be updated. Upon coming into our room it looked nothing like advertised. Also there is a hidden reservation fee per day plus an additional resort fee later on. So we ended up paying for an extra for the total of the fees. The pool was great and the food was decent. The condition of the room was very old. Great location but would probably not come back because of the false advertising and hidden fees.

The first floor is nice and renovated. The pool is like the pictures, but pictures are deceiving in terms of size. The location is very good and the beach is great. The game room is mediocre at best. The staff is not the most pleasant, with attitude on almost every interaction. We stayed on a lower floor and the hallways were a mess. Filthy carpet, missing moldings and partially spackled walls throughout. The room was circa 1980s with neglect. Opening the door to the terrace required 2 hands and a kick. The cleaning staff showed up after 4 pm each day and did the absolute minimum. Given we spent most of our time outside and on the beach, it worked for us. Would not return though.

I was worried from all the negative reviews about the place being still damaged by the hurricane, but overall the place was very nice. The Lobby, Pool area and Room where all very nice. The view from room 1261 was the best part, and I don't think any of the nearby hotels have as good of a view. Talking to others the rooms seems to be hit or miss at this place due to being part hotel, part condo, and part time share. I booked a deluxe ocean view and my room was very nice. I think most the people with issues were booking privately owned rooms. The hall way and parking area are dirty and need repair. The hallway may be left over hurricane damage. They also have not rebuilt the bar/grill area on the beach yet, but that did not bother me. They are also redoing the exterior stucco and paint on the pool side, but I generally was not looking at the building so it did not bother me either. I booked here due to needing a kitchen, but if you don't need a kitchen there are nicer places for less very close by. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not everyone speaks English well, so you may need to ask more than one person if you have a complex issue. I think this should be expected in a non-english speaking territory though.

The hotel was very nice. We had a great room with a view. When we checked out they charged us an extra $396 . Did not understand what that was for. Also the beach gate was closed at 6PM ,so could not access the beach after 6.

The lobby is A+. The hallways have to be remodeled and please change the carpet. I stayed in 454, The bath room sink has to be changed as well as the stove. If kitchen facilities are provided please leave dish soap and kitchen towels. Maybe it has to do with the remodelation? For the rest is very good. I will stay in it again.
