The property is in poor condition and badly designed. Bags have to be dragged up two flights of stairs to the tiny check in lobby. The balcony door to our unit would not lock and the unit with the next balcony was under renovation with an open door without a handle or lock to the hallway. The sliding door to the toilet area was off its track - no privacy at all! As others have mentioned the pool is long out of service and a horrible eyesore. All in all a very bad “resort” experience.

Cafe people and the morning lady was nice everyone else was not kind no one told me the hotel was under construction and half of the amenities were not available hearing drilling for 36 hours of our 4 day trip tried to over charge me a 100.00

Hotel not as seen in online pictures.

The Hotel failed to communicate that their pool was out of serve since 2020 and my whole stay with ESJ hotel was very inconvenient. Their tv cable wasn’t working as well. There were several complaints from other people that were staying at this hotel about the same issue as mine. People were very disappointed at the fact that the hotel nor hotels.com informed us about the pool issue. I paid quite a big sum money to stay at a place that made my vacation not so convenient. I will not stay at this hotel on my next visit.

There was not electricity in the hotel rooms at all, and they don’t even offered us a credit or alternative hotel. We spent almost 2 days with no A/C or light In the rooms
