Hotel is very tiny and small. Pool is inside a rooftop restaurant and can fit about 6 people. Parking space is very limited inside the hotel and very very very tiny. Hotel employees are seen sitting in the guest areas and it seems very creepy. Shop next to hotel is very rundown and looks very creepy with all the drunks hanging around

The hotel is clean and well kept, the breakfast was ok. You must order it via a link provided each night before which became a task while on vacation and after the 3rd night the hotel stop sending a reminder and the link, thank goodness we kept the text with the last link received. One morning the breakfast was 30 min late and it was not what we ordered but we ate it and hoped for the best the next morning. The parking spaces are tight and limited but a nice perk to have included with the stay, the staff was kind and hospitable. Our room was in the penthouse level which at first seemed attractive except that there is a rooftop bar and restaurant right above which was noisy at times in the night and the smell of food often crept into our room. The room itself was really spacious, bed was comfortable, the shower hardly had any pressure but the water temps were good, there was no shower curtain and the height of the tub was higher than a typical tub, could be difficult to get in and out of for some people, the pole for the towel rack kept falling every time you went to grab a towel off of it. I kind of felt like we might have had the worst room in the hotel to be honest but we made the best of it.

I loved the location of this hotel! It was central to everything as long as you dont mind the walk. Uber can get you everywhere for little money. Rooms were sparse...no artwork, bare walls like a prison. We stayed in.a Presidential suite that accommodated 6 people... but there were only 4 bath towels, 5 forks in our drawer, 4 glasses, etc. And the coffee pot made a single cup at a time with only 2 pods and no creamer or sugar available. The free breakfast delivered to our room was great the first few days. After that delivery was very late (hours late, not minutes) and the food had clearly sat under a heat lamp for a very long time. Our complaints were addressed by the GM who graciously removed resort fees from our bill. The desk staff are very nice but not always terribly knowledgeable about their property. Restaurant upstairs is okay...not great but their bar makes top notch cocktails that you would find in a NYC nightclub!! Overall we would likely look elsewhere if we wanted to return to Puerto Rico because there are so many other places to choose from.

I stayed at the Ciqala for 5 days it was a good hotel I had a suite room it was super spacious, the staff was great very helpful! The only thing i did not like was that there was only 1 elevator for all the guest to use which caused it to run extremely slow at times.

The property is beautiful; the rooms are spacious and pretty. The rooftop is beautiful, but the restaurant is a bit pricey for the options around. It was odd that some employees did not speak Spanish. But these are minimal issues. I would recommend it.
