Our second stay there. Great staff and facilities. One problem, bring your own power strips. Almost no where to plug in computer, cell phone charger, battery chargers, or anything else that needs power.

Overall the property is well maintained . There could be more activities for kids like a game room kids club etc. They also close everything very early for a hotel. Their lobby bar has a last call of 11:30 which we couldn’t believe !

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. The room was filthy. Bed sheets smelled disgusting, like they hadn’t been changed since the previous guest checked out, the carpet had not been vacuumed when we arrived (could tell from all of the sand on the floor), curtain had nasty stains on them, bathroom floor had not been mopped and we didn’t have any wash cloths. Two huge water bugs laid dead in the hallway- I called housekeeping TWICE to come clean the hallway and they did not come until the next day. Most disappointing Hilton hotel I’ve ever been to and will absolutely never return.

The beach is beautiful, it has many level pools that are clean but need some TLC. Restaurant are expensive but good. Stopped to get sun block at the gift shop and it was $30 dollars. They charge you a resort fee of $42 per day upon check in, and self parking is $27 or valet $32. I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times before the renovation, but now that I came back I was expecting it to be much better, but is the same. They had a sewer leak by the lobby, where you to walk everyday to get to pool, smell was horrible. For $400 a night I wouldn’t stay there again.

If the hotel staff were having a bad day, you would never know because they were always smiling and very friendly

All eatieres were expensive on site. Either taxi or Uber to go elsewhere. 5 min walk to bus ($.75) was best. No grocery store close. CVS or Walgreens in San Juan best bet. Best park is private beach. Beach staff is great.

It was beautiful. The staff was friendly, the views was amazing it was all around wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I didn’t see any recycling. That was disappointing.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful no matter where you were. The lobby area, even while busy, has a nice flow and never feels congested, and appears to have been recently remodeled, as it is in superior shape. Our room, especially the bathroom, was a bit tired, but sufficient, and the balconies could stand to be just a bit bigger, but overall, this is a very nice resort in a great location. Walking to Condado (15 mins) and Old San Juan (about 45 mins) were easy and enjoyable jaunts. We would return.

Beautiful pool and beach area.

The staff was nice and very helpful in regards to getting around the resort as well as recommendations for dining and shopping outside the resort.

I plan on staying there next year. There were problems with the room, the entrance door wouldn't close without pulling it shut, there were no cups, pens, stationary, the bathroom door was off track, dead bolt on the entrance door would not lock, etc.

The resort had everything you need; one stop shop. Multiple restaurants, water sports, private access to the beach, hammocks, a basketball court in the pool and 2 pools; including a swim up bar. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. All of our servers were prompt and made our stay lovely. My boyfriend and enjoyed our stay and our children had a blast as well! We requested a resort view room, but upon check in we noticed we could barely see the resort. The front desk accommodated us by checking us in a better room the following day when something better was available. Had a bit of trouble reaching the front desk for requests, seemed a bit overwhelmed but other than that, no complaints.
