All eatieres were expensive on site. Either taxi or Uber to go elsewhere. 5 min walk to bus ($.75) was best. No grocery store close. CVS or Walgreens in San Juan best bet. Best park is private beach. Beach staff is great.

It was beautiful. The staff was friendly, the views was amazing it was all around wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I didn’t see any recycling. That was disappointing.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful no matter where you were. The lobby area, even while busy, has a nice flow and never feels congested, and appears to have been recently remodeled, as it is in superior shape. Our room, especially the bathroom, was a bit tired, but sufficient, and the balconies could stand to be just a bit bigger, but overall, this is a very nice resort in a great location. Walking to Condado (15 mins) and Old San Juan (about 45 mins) were easy and enjoyable jaunts. We would return.

Beautiful pool and beach area.

The staff was nice and very helpful in regards to getting around the resort as well as recommendations for dining and shopping outside the resort.

I plan on staying there next year. There were problems with the room, the entrance door wouldn't close without pulling it shut, there were no cups, pens, stationary, the bathroom door was off track, dead bolt on the entrance door would not lock, etc.

The resort had everything you need; one stop shop. Multiple restaurants, water sports, private access to the beach, hammocks, a basketball court in the pool and 2 pools; including a swim up bar. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. All of our servers were prompt and made our stay lovely. My boyfriend and enjoyed our stay and our children had a blast as well! We requested a resort view room, but upon check in we noticed we could barely see the resort. The front desk accommodated us by checking us in a better room the following day when something better was available. Had a bit of trouble reaching the front desk for requests, seemed a bit overwhelmed but other than that, no complaints.

I liked that it was away from big crowds. I didn’t like how expensive the food was and that they didn’t offer any water in the rooms!

The beach and the pools were awesome

Nice place

The Caribe was ok, way to expensive for the service they provide. First night I was there, I had no hot water in my room. They switched my room to an upgrade which I appreciated. They would give me towels with no washcloths all the time and I would have to call the front desk for wash clothes with a waiting time of at least 20 minutes. The restaurants are way too expensive, we had better food when we left the resort and went to the local restaurants. I also had an issue with a server at the pool area, I asked her if she could take my order for my children because they were hungry due to swimming all day in the pool. She told me she was clocking out (6:00 pm), so I asked her if she could send another server over she said yes. At 6:45 pm she was still taking orders and delivering food to other people around me at the pool. I went to speak to her manager and all he did was take off the $21I paid for food that I had to walk into the resort to order for my children. I paid $400 a night there and the service definitely was not worth it. I must say all of the people at the front desk and the bell boys were very nice and professional, but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful views, wonderful staff, & free Piña Coladas!

Loved the view, the pool and bar area stunning. The pastry shop was awesome. The atmosphere is superb. Just did not like the restaurants. Better food around the island for a more reasonable price. Otherwise this is paradise, a real gem. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very polite.

Pool is great, people are great. Drinks are insanely expensive, but that’s expected. Cool parrots and other animals. The only thing that was rough were the rooms. Paint peeling off the doors and the bathtub—just felt more like a low-end motel in the room. Avoid getting a massage at the spa—worst massage I’ve had. But the rest of the spa staff are incredible

I liked the private beach and tropical garden.

Beautiful place all the staff was amazing
