VIP access paid for my parking fee and 1st floor access across from swimming pool, loved it. Touched wrong tab. Everything was excellent. Thank you.
The pool side rooms needs renovations.
It had a unpleasant smell and the window in entry was dirty .
I love that I got in at 4am and could check in without drama. Pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Staff friendly. Rooms are economical but good value. Will be back definitely.
Our room was not ready on time and it was not clean thoroughly. Some of the staff were friendly and some was not approachable such as the lady handling the towels by the poolside. My main disappointment was the cleanliness.
Very disappointed! Room had no remote for tv … just one miniature pillow…. No vacant parking!! Asked for the remote and extra pillow.. but nothing worked out, not even a response on a call made to the front desk! 😤
The staff was nice the room conditions were not good. We found mold on our shower curtain, the floor was dirty and everything looked run down. Our bath tub didn’t work and the fire alarm went off at 5 am. The grounds are nice and the pool area is beautiful but I didn’t feel relaxed staying here due to the conditions.
Property looks nice in photos, but my room was dirty, popcorn ceiling debris was all on the floor and bed, water stains and ceiling tiles falling off, room cleanliness was never performed.
The hotel was beautiful but there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby. The room was smaller than expected. We called downstairs to request additional towels and wash cloths but no one showed up. We ended up getting items from housekeeping as they cleaned other rooms. We also requested robes but they lady at the front desk stated she was not familiar with what I was talking about. Another employee stated that they were out pf robes. We had no hot water but this was fixed immediately.
Horrible stay...first night i had to call for towels, the room had absolutely no towels, and NO HOT WATER. Had to shower with cold water. Second day asked to change rooms due to no hot water, front desk admitted that the hotel has a hot water problem changed our room no problem. 4th day arriving to our room after a day out we didnt have any water at all...called front desk who advised the plumber was working on a water issue. The hotel didnt have available pool towels on multiple occasions. And the fact that you must requests pool towels at the front desk is an inconvenience for me, they should be by the pool thats just me though. The last few days of my stay housekeeping would knock between the hours of 8 to 9am, after asking to come back later they just didnt bother cleaning our room at all, after they were cleaning it daily, leading me to call the front desk for fresh towels. The restaurants seemed to open when they wanted to, no schedule posted. The lack of workers was ridiculous, thier 80/20 restaurant had 2 workers... It was just a complete disappointment staying there...never again and would not recommend to anyone.
The sound of the air-conditioned system was annoying 😒
Poor bathroom facilities
Staff were rude door man stood there well we opened the door and brought are stuff in add stated there was washer dryer,coffee pot and ironing board there was none of that had to pay them a $1 for a 8oz coffee that i couldnt get til 6:30am terrace was locked for most of the day hot tub didn't have any jets on pool floor was dirty my room was not clean shower leaked no hot water toilet wouldn't stop running rug was stained there was some else's tooth paste on the bathroom sink the window to the so called partial view that cost more money had a film over it over all i would not stay here again im still waiting for my refund and the release of my $100 despot
I liked the balcony, the mini fridge was actually working and the distance. I didn’t like the fact that my room had no microwave, the toilet was stopped up and it took the engineers forever to come and they still hadn’t shown up, the bed was uncomfortable, the water was cold as ever, requested towels and no one showed, and there was only 2 pillows.
