Clean and very nice hotel, beds were super comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and accommodating of our needs and requests. The location was great for us, as we were cruising from the port adjacent to the hotel. The only negative for us was the lack of a lower priced option for breakfast we ended up at a nearby coffee house, within walking distance, and it was a good experience.

This hotel needs a deep cleaning. Our suite was so dirty and moldy. The refrigerator had the previous guest food still there when we checked in. I asked everyday; front desk and housekeeping, if they could sweep and mop room because I have crawling babies and not once it was done. Such misleading advertising, too expensive for what they offer.
