The staff at check in and check out was superb. The bartender was amazing, Christian is really professional. On the orher hand, on my check out no one help me with our luggage, they just stand there. The hotel is beautiful, and the pool was a nice way wven it is small it helps me relax.I would recommend Hotel Rumbao
