Loved the traditional old san juan vibe and being so close to the plazas and el morro. I noticed the bathroom wasnt the cleanest in my room, noticeable grime/dirt around the base of the toilet and inside the shower. Our room had a small leak in the bathroom roof which didnt affect us at all, it just looked ugly. Staff and guests were amazing.

The hotel was excellent

The property was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. We did have an issue with their shower and it was not draining the water so all the water went into the room and we had a minor flood. At first the manager did not seem to believe how bad it was and offered to move us to another room. When the manager came to the room and visibly seen that the entire room was flooded out as when he offered us breakfast vouchers every single day while we were there. I think in the future I would recommend if there was an issue such as this, that the manager could Look at what the guest is saying rather than making an assumption. I would definitely stay there again regardless of that small incident. The rooms were clean and exceeded all expectations

Great location, the rooftop is small but overall great hotel. I would stay again.

We found the hotel to be beautiful. However, we were given a corner unit and the trash receptacles were right outside our windows. And all night long, people kept on throwing their trash. We were on the first floor and high traffic area outside so we could not open drapes. Also we were very close to the bar area and we were kept awake till wee hours of the morning from the partying. We complained but received no response from management.

A beautiful place with lots of very nice common areas. Do not miss the rooftop infinity pool. Our only complaint was the thin walls between rooms. We had some kids in the next room playing music videos late at night (after 11pm) - we could clearly hear their conversations and could see their light over the top of the wall. Had to ask the front desk about it and they asked the kids to quiet down, which they did.

The property is beautiful and well kept. This is the best central location you could get. There's a pharmacy and grocery store down the block as well as a Marshalls. Everything is just walking distance. If you need to visit other areas you can use an Uber or have the hotel call for a Taxi. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and the restaurant has decent food. The best part of this place is the super friendly and helpful staff all around. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in Old San Juan, beautifully renovated hotel, clean, comfortable rooms.

Hotel is centrally located all tourist spots, restaurants and bars are in walking distance. Hotel and the rooms are very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful

Nice, modern hotel well located near cruise ship pier.

Such a beautiful hotel, great location and always very clean I highly recommend this place

The hotel is new and its facilities are very nice, but the quality of the service is not good. It is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, I gave it a second chance in the hope that it would improve the experience, but it did not. The service from the reception and bar employees is mediocre, they do not show enthusiasm or a positive attitude, they are not available to look for alternatives or exceed expectations. With how expensive a night in the hotel is, exceptional service is expected, but this is not the case. For my part, I will not return, I hope they can improve, otherwise, I do not think they will be able to remain open.

Great location and beautiful property. Phones were not working, that was the only issue.

New, clean. Excellent food and bar.

I didn't like the restaurant hours or menu but there is plenty places to eat so not a problem. Loved the roof top pool and hot tub. Also the access to the sister hotel resort by the beach.

This was a great place to stay. It's a very beautiful property in a great location. I especially loved hanging out in the courtyard. The staff was very helpful and I enjoyed the restaurant on site. Overall I'd highly recommend this hotel.
