Beautiful 2nd Story Apartment by the Beach

This unique property offers stunning ocean views and is perfect for your beach vacation. This 2nd story apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in San Juan. The apartment is one of four separate units, but has access to several common areas, including an outdoor dining area, along with a massive rooftop with panoramic ocean views and city views. The interior is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. 

The space

🏠 This apartment is located on the second flour of a multifamily house. It comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room, full kitchen, and access to outdoor dining areas and the rooftop. 

📍The apartment is located one block in from the ocean, and is within walking distance of a popular public beach. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options, making it easy to experience the best of San Juan's vibrant culture.

Guest access

The guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the outdoor dining area and the rooftop. My cohost Kelisin lives nearby and can assist if needed. 

📍The property is located in a gated community. Simply tell the gate guard the address you are visiting, and they will let you through. 

🚗 This property is located in the heart of San Juan. It is very centrally located, making it easy to use ride share apps, or taxis to get around. 

Other things to note

📌 Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. For requested Check in before 12pm, and for late Checkout requests after 12pm, an additional fee will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding. 

📌 Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.

🇵🇷 Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. 

⚡Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours.

🔋This property has a backup cistern that can last up to a couple days, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season.

📌 We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
