San Juan apartment in Old San Juan, walk to Port of San Juan

Fully air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment; accommodates up to four (4) persons. Base rates are based on 2 guests; an additional fee of $25/night/guest applies to any additional guest after the initial 2.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large dresser, and a closet. The living room has an L-shaped sofa that converts into two single beds. The living area has a TV with cable TV and a dining table that accommodates up to six people. A private bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and living area. Remodeled and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels. Has a full Kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It also has four Juliet balconies with views of the historic city. The apartment is equipped with WiFi.
It has access to a large rooftop terrace, equipped with furniture ideal for sunbathing during the day and enjoying the stars and moon at night. The rooftop terrace is shared with the only other apartment in the building.
We have a parking space available in a garage one block from the property at an additional rate of $25/night, payable in advance and applicable to the entire stay (cannot be purchased for portions of the stay). Street parking is only for permanent residents and will incur a fine of $500.

This is a beautiful old SanJuan apartment with high high ceilings and charming wooden doors . The location is good, extremely close to everything. Bed is comfortable, lots of space, washing machine was greatly appreciated. We experienced a few problems but the owner’s were very responsive to try to help us.

The apartment is beautiful High ceiling and very spacious. It’s right in the center of town right next to Plaza de Armas. Great location ! Also has a rooftop terrace with sunset views ! Huge bonus !The only negative which has been mentioned a few times is that the windows are not double glazed - not sound proof so you can hear people talking , singing etc on the street. I sleep with silicone wax anyway as my husband snores so I didn’t hear a thing but my husband said it was noisy. But just come prepared!! Use earplugs ! It’s a wonderful apartment. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it highly !

Positives: Great location, clean, beautiful high ceilings, fast and accommodating hosts (I didn't read the parking part and yhe hosts came through for me! Thanks again.) Cons: Street noise, main door needs a label, ac leaks. I live in the US Virgin Islands and understand island living. Nothing is ever perfect. Bottom line I would stay at this location again.

This was a well equipped apartment and it was as advertised. The photos were accurate and reflected what it really looked like. It was spacious and airy and cool. We didn't need to use the a/c (although it is winter). The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Entry was easy and there was a supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars around. You are right in the heart of Old San Juan. This does make it noisy however, so if you don't like noise, stay far away. We had friends staying about a mile away and they also said it was noisy, so it's hard to escape : ) The owners commmunicated well and we used their parking spot which was super handy. I would recommend this place and if we come back we would happily stay again.

Great location

We had a great time . Unfortunately, trash collection at 6am. A little noisy in the morning but quiet at night. Make sure you arrange for parking if you have a car. There is no on street parking available. We could not get the TV to work. Bed is comfortable. Nice having washer/dryer. Kitchen well appointed.
