Definitely an authentic feel. Check in location was unknown but a phone call took care of it. It’s not a 5 start suite at the Marriott but I enjoyed our 1 night stay. Price is great and they let us keep bags downstairs until our cruise check in. I recommend it.

Paper thin walls and super tiny outdated rooms. But, yes, great location... but 3 nights max. You can walk anywhere from here. And get ready to walk up luggage from parking blocks away uphill and also to walk 3 flights of long stairs to get to your room. PARK DOWN BY CRUISE TERMINAL- La Parguera. It’s not easy to find. Look for jewelry store next door. I think they operate under there. It’s an adventure for sure. Two small people max in one of those rooms.

Bathroom needs work!! Location and staff was great.

Water temperature never got above "cold". Very difficult to take a shower in the evening as it was so cold.

Amazing property & location with very easy check in and Marina at the front desk was very kind my only complaint would be the shower in our room.

Did not expect too much for the price. Room was clean and warm water ran. But there is no reception desk (you have to go to the jewelry next door - a fact that is not communicated anywhere even within the house). Would have been nice to have a window in the room but ok. Never accept room number 6 which is directly next to the open laundry room and hence always noisy. Got interrupted by loud knocking on my door during a video job interview, but even after telling them, they came back to knock and scream again as they "wanted to measure" my room. That just never happened to me anywhere before and is not acceptable independent on the price of a place. There is also no maid service.

Cold Showers (and shaving). Overall, I found the property romantic, secure, clean, and accommodating, but the lack of hot water will probably prevent me from returning. (We were told we didn't know how to operate the faucet. :-( During our stay, I had one warm shower in the mid-evening hours, so I know it was possible. This was probably well after everyone's morning showers and before the other guests' night time hot water needs. The rooftop is amazing; a great place to relax, scan the horizon, or bask in the sun.

at the center of Old San Juan. convenient. staff helpful. facilities are OK

The only reason I gave 1 out of 5 is because there is no 0. First of all, no front desk at all! Every time you call the host, he would make you feel he is too busy to take care of your problems, like no hot water, smelly pickle left over in freezer, too cold temperature so no air conditioner, and basically no room service at all. The only thing that I would say good about this place is its location. That is it

El lugar está muy bonito , todo bien limpio, lugar céntrico!! Perfecto nos encanto! Volveremos’👍
