Wonderful stay! Very clean and easy to check in. Cute rooms and shared spaces!

Confirmation indicated I would receive an additional email with check in instructions. That did not happen. Studios are connected to a jewelry store. The people running the jewelry store can assist with check in. Found this out by calling the number on the front entrance. The Studios are in a perfect area of Old San Juan. Based on other properties I’ve stayed in in the area, the Studios are great. Snag a balcony room if you can! Only complaint would be shower doesn’t get beyond lukewarm & lots of street noise at night.

Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking Old San Juan, it was perfect!

The location of the property is perfect.

liked it was in walking distance to everything and the price was right.

really nice place and location staff cleaning lady super nice and sweet

For the price and location of Navona, you can't do much better! Opt for a room with a window though. It didn't feel very safe to be in a room with no window. Also, it can get really loud with doors slamming and every sound echoing off the marble flooring. The rooftop area was cute and I'm bummed we didn't get to use it as it rained every day.

Loved the location, ambiance and easy communication with the manager.

Very nice place to stay for more than one night. Beautiful building and great roof top to enjoy the night view specially with a full moon. Really enjoyed my stay.

Location was great! Had the room right on the street. You can hear everything, The doors/windows are not sound proof. You also, need to make sure you get the cleaning lady or you might not have towels the next day. For the price, you get what you pay for.

Economical. Great location. Old bed and no coffee.

Great location in old town. First, I was happy to stay there, I would go back again. But, Only for short stay, very small room, and our room didn't have a window, no problem for 1-3 night, but not for longer stay. Of course other room may be different. Many good breakfast place in minutes. Otherwise you are staying in midle of the old San Juan. Great.

Definitely an authentic feel. Check in location was unknown but a phone call took care of it. It’s not a 5 start suite at the Marriott but I enjoyed our 1 night stay. Price is great and they let us keep bags downstairs until our cruise check in. I recommend it.

Paper thin walls and super tiny outdated rooms. But, yes, great location... but 3 nights max. You can walk anywhere from here. And get ready to walk up luggage from parking blocks away uphill and also to walk 3 flights of long stairs to get to your room. PARK DOWN BY CRUISE TERMINAL- La Parguera. It’s not easy to find. Look for jewelry store next door. I think they operate under there. It’s an adventure for sure. Two small people max in one of those rooms.

Bathroom needs work!! Location and staff was great.

Water temperature never got above "cold". Very difficult to take a shower in the evening as it was so cold.

Amazing property & location with very easy check in and Marina at the front desk was very kind my only complaint would be the shower in our room.

Did not expect too much for the price. Room was clean and warm water ran. But there is no reception desk (you have to go to the jewelry next door - a fact that is not communicated anywhere even within the house). Would have been nice to have a window in the room but ok. Never accept room number 6 which is directly next to the open laundry room and hence always noisy. Got interrupted by loud knocking on my door during a video job interview, but even after telling them, they came back to knock and scream again as they "wanted to measure" my room. That just never happened to me anywhere before and is not acceptable independent on the price of a place. There is also no maid service.
