The apartment has a great location in Old San Juan, but our experience was terrible due to the host (Patricia) We arrived to no running water and spent more than five hours waiting for updates. The host replied every 20 minutes (or more), never answered phone calls, and kept giving false hope that the water would return—which it never did. After a day at the beach, we had to sleep without showering, deal with bad smells, and use bathrooms that couldn’t flush. One person in our group was on her period, and another had stomach issues, making the situation even worse. For the high price we paid, this felt like staying in a campsite with no basic conditions. The apartment itself is fine, but the host is unreliable in emergencies. I cannot recommend this place
