Our property is conveniently located just 13.5 km / 8.3 miles from the San Juan Airport (SJU). Depending on the time of day and traffic conditions, the travel time can range from 15 to 30 minutes. If you plan on renting a car, there are several parking locations available nearby. House Rules: 1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. 2. No parties or loud music allowed. 3. Please be mindful of the community and keep noise levels at an adequate level after 10 PM. 4. No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or candles allowed. 5. Please do not leave wet towels on the furniture. 6. Avoid using skin products, hair dyes, or oils that may leave stains on the towels and bed linen. Any stains on the linen will incur additional fees. 7. If you have used sunblock or engaged in outdoor activities, please shower before going to bed to prevent staining. 8. Our group of four loved this place! It was spacious, the AC kept everything cool and comfortable, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Old San Juan. The highlight was definitely the two balconies—such a great bonus for relaxing and taking in the view.We’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the area. Just a heads-up: it’s a penthouse unit, which means a climb up five flights of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but if you’re packing heavy or have mobility concerns, you might want to consider a unit on a lower floor.
