We actually fled Hugo’s Rentals because it was SO BAD and we found a few nights here and were very happy. The place was huge & the kitchen was reasonably stocked with cookware ect, all be it worn. I will say the cleanliness was lacking & im no neat freak but it wasn’t so horrible that wouldn’t stay again & just clean up myself… no biggie. You can’t beat the location!

We loved our stay at OSR. We were right in the center of Old San Juan, and the space was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The porch is gargantuan, offering beautiful views of both the ocean and the city. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer was a lovely added bonus. We never had hot—or even warm—water, but we didn’t mind, as it was actually refreshing on a hot day. We love this place and will definitely be back.

Location is perfect. Walkable everywhere to explore old San juan. The apartment is very old and so are the appliances and furniture. I saw several small cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom. The dryer was not working. If you are light sleepers, you won’t be able to sleep at all with all the noises as insulation is non existent. Owner is very responsive and was willing to do everything they can to accommodate
