We really loved this stay overall. The apartment was super cute, very clean, and honestly looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and the location was amazing — you can walk right out to shops, restaurants, and everything nearby. Being next to the Governor’s House also made the area feel very safe, with security present at all times. One thing worth noting for future guests is that the specific unit we booked was on the first floor, and the middle of the kitchen is open to the indoor water fountain shown in the photos. While it looks beautiful, we didn’t realize that the ceiling above this area goes all the way up to the other apartments, and the surrounding windows are open. Because of this, sound travels very easily. We could hear conversations, music, and TVs late at night and early in the morning, and this happened pretty much every night. Also, the shower in the master bedroom only had cold water, but the other bathroom’s shower worked perfectly. (you can’t flush anything not even toilet paper so you have to throw that in the trash every time you wipe) Aside from that, the apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was in a perfect location near all the shops and restaurants and just down the street from the governors mansion. The balconies were great for hanging out and relaxing. It had pretty much everything you would need except things like coffee, laundry detergent, etc. We had to park in a lot several blocks away, which was no big deal because we were traveling light. I suspect it would be less convenient if someone had more luggage. One of the pull-out sofas was broken and the other was not comfortable for sleeping due to hard boards sticking up between the cushions. That is the main reason it doesn't get 5 stars. If you are only using the bed for 1 or 2 people, you should be fine. I wouldn't consider the sofa bed another bed unless its for a small child or something though.

We loved our stay at OSR. We were right in the center of Old San Juan, and the space was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The porch is gargantuan, offering beautiful views of both the ocean and the city. The beds were super comfy, and having a washer and dryer was a lovely added bonus. We never had hot—or even warm—water, but we didn’t mind, as it was actually refreshing on a hot day. We love this place and will definitely be back.

Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone.

Instructions for check in came late and they keep reminding you if you are a little late at check out you will charged. Location was great if you want to be in the middle of old San Juan and don’t mind the street noise. The furniture is cheap and needs to be replaced for the most part. The apartment needs a complete renovation. We also had to kill some bugs in the kitchen.

The place was spacious, clean and cool thanks to the AC. Communication was easy and the place was I a fun location. I would rent it again.
