The only good thing about this property is the rooms are large with a nice balcony view other then that, we did not receive the room we had reserved. Also, they never came to clean up room as promised. Very late check-in time (3PM) they had a huge crowd (including a pregnant woman) waiting in the lobby till 3pm all crowded up. They never brought us towels or toilet paper. Wifi does not work. The front desk girl was very nice to us to hold our luggage's since we had a late flight and check-out time is at 11AM.
I liked the location. Didn't like that to the ice maker in my floor was not working.
Nothing personal but the hotel is nasty it’s dirty I found a cockroach behind the bedroom door the shower and stains and bed was very dusty
I only met the one security guard that had problems checking me in because his printer didn't work. No place to eat. No luggage help. Terrible experience in such a great city.
No tv in the living room. I had to ask 4 times for sheets for the Murphy pull down bed and for a coffee machine. Room book through orbitz said 2 king beds. There was only one. The place was clean and a nice location but hard to get service. No pool or outside amenities.
The hotel was a short walk from my conference, and the view was beautiful. The internet was not operational most of the time. The television did not work either. I will not stay here again.
The hotel was older but well maintained and the rooms were very classy and large. There was not aloof eating options within walking distance, although Uber is super cheap
The bad...We arrived at the property at 3:30 am due to a flight delay. There was a desk on the first floor with no one there. We tried calling but got no answer. Finally, someone happened to come down the elevator and told us that we had to check in on the second floor. After we finally got checked in, we discovered that we had to wait for valet to park our car (which is an additional $15 per night). We finally got settled in after about 45 minutes. No apologies for the inconvenience. The property is a bit run down like most of what we saw in Puerto Rico. The good... We had a nice view from our balcony. The bed was fairly comfortable.
I liked the food cort (El Mercado) I did not like that there was no room service, no pool, no beach access. My room was changed because my original room door was broken.
Location and view is great, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Biggest negative is the off site parking which is a good 5 minute walk from the property in rain or shine. Did not like that. and should have been specified. Also, there is only one employee manning the front desk and he is not always there. Also, most of the time they do not answer your calls
Beautiful view and spacious rooms. Parking is too much of a hassle and I did not like the fact that there are no ice or vending machines.
No me gusto que no tuvieran su propio estacionamiento y que no tuvieran mi habitacion preparada al momento de check in. Al hacer la reservacion por aquí me presentaron una habitacion con jacuzzi a la que me dieron en el hotel no tenia. El personal fue muy amable y me dieron el late checkout para recompensar la espera.
