Unfortunately, I stayed at this hotel before but this time I stayed five days and not one day they came to clean my room. I mentioned literally the front decks every day their response was, they will notify housekeeping guess what housekeeping never showed up . I had to grab the towers and soap from the lobby.every day I believe his lack of supervision, the front desk, lady they were very humble, but they can only do so much

Ok, the building (hotel) is part of 3 that were part of a resort (Hilton Carib) at one time maybe.It appeared to have significant hurricane damage in the past and was sold off in pieces. No pool, in a very deserted shopping area, lobby was on the 2nd, armed night security. Stayed on 10th floor, old furniture, one of two elevators broke during our stay. Room was clean linen, towels, and soap etc good. On going remolding to bring building up to good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a work in progress at this time it is a place to sleep and shower. There was an awesome Bodega (SP) behind the hotel that we loved outside chairs and tables where we sat with locals and had beer or two. This was not a resort but the price was fair for what you get.
Great place to wait for your room to be ready
Enjoyed $4 beers and meeting with locals whom were friendly and welcoming
Short walk out the lobby they offered nowhere to sit on their property.

Giant roach in room, very noisy (room next to breakfast area), and employees were not considerate to those staying in rooms in that hallway. Throwing doors, moving carts, laughing, talking, and not being able to manage the people making the line waiting for breakfast. Also, no signs to let people know to keep their voices down in that area. Subpar breakfast, too. I wrote to management about my experience and have not received an email or message back. I assume they don't care.

Big rooms but needs work. I seen rust and had broken faucet. I also didnt have a sheet under blanket. Location looks nice but really not near a beach. Not many food choices. Hotel did not have a restaurant. It was safe ,had security. The staff was friendly

This hotel was a good value but has become a bit dated. Parking is not on site but with some effort works, just hard to figure out. Some staff very helpful, some not helpful at all. Had to request room cleaning. Probably will choose a different hotel on our next visit to PR

The room was very clean and neat. The view of the room balcony was beautiful . The only problem is the walk from the parking lot to the hotel, since they use the one from paseo caribe. Everything else was really great
