Hotel was not bad for what was paid I did not like that I asked to clean my room the next day because it was not clean when I got it it took them three days to do it and it was still not clean then it took them days to get me towels had to go down to office twice and got the towels the day I left

Room was dirty and I found crumbles in the bed, and hairs on the bathroom floor. Feel bad for staff, they are given a bad situation to try to salvage.

The location was perfect in the middle of old san juan and ashford street where the beach, restaurants and stores are. The room itself was nice and clean, loved the balcony view. And the staff itself were welcoming plus security was there every night at all hours. The only bad thing i have to say is the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning from the stiffness of the bed. Other than that it was nice.

Floors weren't properly cleaned inside the room. Bathroom needs better ventilation the ceiling is discoloring from the steam! Shower curtain was moldy and not big enough so water splashed on the floor.
