The cleaning lady never made it to our room after hours of us at the pool. She bypassed our room. The room wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived. The food at the bar was horrible and overpriced. The only positive was the pool and direct beach access.

We stayed at the Courtyard for 6 days. We had to change rooms due to been able to hear the guests in the next room. The floor of the first room was sandy. Second room, floor sandy as well and the a/c had condensation to the room with a water puddle. We requested it to be fixed and wasn't repaired. The room phone was not plugged and we couldn't move have furniture to do it. We went down to the reception and requested they connect it, but to no avail. Parking reeked of urine... Our parking card was cancelled before ckout and had to go back to reception to have it reprogrammed.

We had to request room service. Room service only appeared one time. There were many hidden fees we had to pay out of pocket.

Some of the staff was great some were eh. I loved the pool area. Bartenders and views. The only part was that the place seemed to be under renovation.
