They said the lobby was under construction but would not affect the rest of the hotel common area or rooms. During the last two days of our 5 day stay , the power was turned off for what they said would be from 1 to 2 pm. It’s was off till 6 pm leaving us in the dark to prepare for a 6 :15 dinner at another hotel. Sometimes less expensive doesn’t pay.

Under renovation. There is ongoing construction which you can hear. Airport noise is also a factor. You have planes departing all day and night and your next to the airport. However, very nice beach, pool and great staff. Has a casino, breakfast room service is outstanding. Food is good as well. Overall, very nice place..good 4 stars, just not a 5 yet.

We like the courtesy that is extended by the staff ,super friendly,very helpfull and very proffesional. we love the location right on the beach perfect.The rooms were very clean eventhough they are going through some remodeling. overall execellent . Very bad odor on 5th floor from carpet or something .. otherwise very good location on the beach .. breakfast on the beach .. pretty location .. very expensive $25 parking fee .. expensive resort fee .. but good experience .. safe area and good staff ..

Booked this trip for my daughter. She stayed in room 417 of the Courtyard Marriott in Isla Verde from 9/4/25-9/7/25. She never left the resort as she has mobility issues. She contracted scabies, which has been extremely stressful and has required medical treatment. This points to a serious lapse in cleanliness and hygiene, I hope management takes responsibility and improves their sanitation practices so future guests won’t have to go through the same ordeal.
Dermatologist confirmed scabies.

Starting with the fact that my pillows were moldy the first night, followed by the housekeeper failing to take dirty dishes after turndown and topping it with our door being unlocked after turndown was done. My safety was not taken into consideration. The only good thing was the food and beverage staff. Pedro, Antonio, Fernando Alexander deserve a true shoutout. They did their best to make our stay incredible sadly won’t be staying there anytime soon
