Very nice hotel, however, very disappointed with 19% fee which has to be paid at checkout.

What I like the most. Comfortable bed. Strong pressure in shower. Safe and secure location. Service of staff is excellent. They do have shady billing if you don’t ask any questions they seem to have policy of charging a little more fees than is reasonable in my opinion. It just seems like they really charge unnecessary fees if they feel you’re not going to object. Really bizarre

Very clean and attentive! The fitness center is awesome as well. Open 24 hours, no excuses! They have towels in a fridge with peppermint oil for that extra touch. Plenty of chairs around the pool. The sun goes behind the building so the pool is a bit chilly. But with 80+ degree weather, who's complaining? Beach attendants to help with chairs and umbrellas. On the beach, vendors that sell ices (ask for a shot of rum). There are two young adults selling empanadas. Probably the best in the area. You must try them! And they sell them for $4 per, makes it even better! Casino a little small, but it doesnt ever get crowded. The live music from thursday to sunday is really good. A lot of dancing room too.

The hourly staff is fabulous and very kind. Marriott is very lucky to have such kind hardworking people. They need to recognize them and so appreciation for all the do to keep the customers happy. The hotel is completely under staffed in all areas. We waited for everything from check in which was 630 way past the 4 guaranteed check in. When we finally got our room it was very dirty. Bathroom had hair, toilet not cleaned floors dirty and sheet had a black stain on it. So again we had to wait another hr for them to finish up our room. During the cleaning of the room the house keeper when she went in and out of the room the door slammed. A woman came out of her room and reprimanded me for the door. That was all on our first night. Thank goodness the workers are very nice. Management needs to step up its game and help out. I never saw a manager outside helping at the restaurant and believe me they needed help. Everything took forever. No one ever offers us anything while we waited nor asked if we needed another drink. I just think they were embarrassed and probably tired of getting asked for their food when rhey had no control. It’s a shame. Other than that we enjoyed the Island. Learned though to go out to eat. Would love to come back to PR but probably not back to the Marriott.

We had an ocean view room. The hotel looked older than I had expected but still beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and beach access is amazing. My 15 month baby girl had so much fun! They also have a huge kids pool. Parking is about $22 per day for self park in their garage. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again.

This hotel had everything for everyone in my family. It was located on the beach with a great pool for my children. Casino in the hotel for my wife and I. The whole entire staff did a fantastic job making our family vacation, a truly memorable one.

Nice hotel wish it wasn’t under construction. Beautiful beach, hotel staff was great.

Very poor Management especially at the front desk. They would not change our rooms even though they smelled and the manager tell the FD clerk to tell us that they were no rooms available even though they were. She spoke in Spanish and thought i didn't understand

Great beach location. Would have been nice to know all the ammenities weren't available. No hot tub. Construction.

Very clean and very friendly. Rooms are a bit on the small side and outside was under a lot of construction, but still a wonderful experience

Excellent staff. However, the hotel never informed us that they were undergoing major renovations in the pool area. We came to PR to escape the cold and enjoy the outdoor facilities of the hotel.

They never told me that they were undergoing major renovations in their outdoor swimming pool

The staff were wonderful, the location amazing and the room was perfect. We had an amazing view of the ocean and the size was generous.
