3 bedrooms with Queen beds; main room with bathroom; Living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom in the hallway of the bedrooms, living room with 55' television and ceiling fan with Bluetooth speaker. WiFi, large balcony and hallway laundry area. Hot water throughout the house.
Gas stove with 6 burners, refrigerator and freezer, Airfryer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, set of pots and knives, cutlery and plates.
Free parking available for 1 car and free space on the street.
The space
The house is located 12 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in Isla Verde and one mile from the main beaches of San Juan and Santurce.
All rooms have Air Conditioning, Glass and Aluminum Doors, Queen size beds, very comfortable and comforting with pillows, sheets and comforters. Each fourth bedroom has 2 nightstands with area lamps.
The fourth Master bedroom has a full bathroom with a large closet, iron and ironing board, hot water, additional towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, Body Wash.
One of the rooms has a small desk available for a work or study area with an area lamp.
The 2nd bathroom located in the hallway of the rooms, has hot water, additional towels, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, Body Wash
A comfortable kitchen with electrical appliances such as: Microwave, coffee maker, Airfryer, toaster, plates and cutlery, basic pot set to prepare light meals, with a dining and living room area, a rest area with a large and cool balcony.
It has a parking space in front of the property, there is also free space on the street to park.
