My reserved room was unavailable. It was given away due to overbooking. They offered me another room with one less bed for the same price. I refused to accept. The manager (Jessica) was kind enough to arrange for us to relocate to a hotel across the street with my original booking details. Their manager (Melany)) was very accommodating. I am grateful for their attentiveness ; however it was not a smooth check in. We also didn’t get out vouchers for breakfast. This has never happened to me before. I’m wondering if booking with Expedia is the reason. Thank you Jessica and Melany for your help. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Service sucked. We had two separate reservations on either side of a cruise. When we showed up the first night before the cruise, we were told our reservation was canceled because they were overbooked. We then had to scramble to find two extra hotel rooms. When we came back on the backside of the cruise, our room was lovely, but it took three calls, one rude interaction with unhelpful front desk staff, and five hours from the time we requested bedding for them to provide it for the sofa bed for our children. Oh my last night of our stay, the water went out due to a “maintenance issue“ and when we requested a bottle of water to brush our teeth, staff said it was “available for purchase.“ Overall, it’s a lovely property, but staff sucks. Lower your expectations if you stay here.

The property itself is beautiful and well located, but the service is absolutely abominable! We had two reservations – on either side of a cruise - and when we arrived at the hotel the afternoon before our cruise, we were told that our room reservation had been canceled because they were overbooked. We were traveling with my 80-year-old parents and had to quickly scramble to find two hotel rooms. When we came back to the hotel after the cruise, we were told our room would be ready in “1 to 2 hours.“ Six hours later our room was finally ready. On the plus side, the room was beautiful and spacious and well laid out. On a negative side, the pullout sofa, which was to serve as the bed for our two children had no bedding. We requested bedding at 7:45 PM. At 10 PM we still had nothing and called the front desk. At 11 PM we still had no bedding so we called down a third time. At 11:30 PM I went down to the front desk and spoke to the front desk attendant, who was extremely rude. At midnight, we finally received the bedding we had requested so that our children could go to bed. On the last night of our three-night stay the water was shut off due to some “maintenance issue.“ we requested bottled water so that we could brush our teeth. They said “bottled water is available for purchase.” Overall – the property was lovely but the service is the worst overall I have ever received in my decades of travel.

Lack of cleanliness, comfort( the room was freezing) we could not adjust the thermostat . We contacted front desk and no one ever came. Housekeeping definitely does the absolute bare minimum with no attention to detail. Food and trash was left in the room from previous guest when we checked in. Instead of keeping our drinks cold the mini fridge froze everything. For a suite, there was no microwave and the toilet throughout the night continuously kept backing up. Was promised 2 night refund did not receive. Very disappointing stay at this hotel.

There was a convention happening at the time of my stay. Me and husband was not able to use the restaurant or the outdoor area. It was loud people standing around everywhere in dresses and suits. We did not feel comfortable walking through the pain lobby in swim attire. My advice if ever staying at a Hilton is to call ahead and make sure none of these things are taking place at the time of ur stay. I will not be staying here again.
