I was initially concerned after reading some of the previous reviews, but our experience turned out to better than expected. It was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Yes, the room was on the smaller side with a compact bathroom, but given the significantly lower price compared to other options in the area, it felt like a fair trade-off. Let’s be honest, when you’re exploring a vibrant destination like Puerto Rico, who plans to spend much time in their room anyway? We were out adventuring from early morning until late at night, so the room size wasn’t a big deal for us. The water temperature was a bit inconsistent, but we figured out that turning the dial to around 3-4 o’clock helped make it warmer. We noticed the water tended to be hotter at night and lukewarm in the mornings, so timing your showers might help. One thing to note is that breakfast isn’t provided, so plan accordingly—there are plenty of great local spots to grab a bite nearby. Additionally, there’s no on-site parking, which could be a minor inconvenience if you’re renting a car. Overall, for the price and location, this place is a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly spot to crash after a day of exploring. There are cool beaches to walk to nearby and fun activities. You can also get a scooter and ride down Ashford Avenue and will see many restaurants. Be sure to look for sea turtles and manatees when walking across the bridge. Just keep in mind the minor quirks, and you’ll be fine!

I would recommend

No one to check out. Which is ridiculous, especially because there was no hot water in the building. No one had hot water to shower. It was like going camping. After looking at more reviews, this is a problem they've been having. Yet continue to rent rooms to people for cruises knowing there's no one to discuss your issues.

Let’s start with the good. Rooms were clean and front desk were very helpful. So now for the bad No hot water to shower Very noisy on street side The locks on rooms require a code, very difficult to access every time No vending machines No refrigerator No safe And very small Had higher hopes.

Nice looking property. I was placed in a room where all the AC generators are right outside the window. Its so loud, i had to ask to move bit they had no rooms available except right next door. The rooms also have a mildewish smell. Good for a quick stay, i didn't check in until 1030pm and check out is 11am but i wouldnt stay here again

Very convenient and close to the beach. Walking distance. Did snorkeling at the escambron beach and only walking distance. We chose the right option. This hotel was right in the center of what we needed. Rooms were clean and newly renovated.
