Please don’t be fooled by the photos online! When we first arrived, the lobby looked fine, but the moment we entered our room, we were shocked at how different it was from what was advertised on Expedia. My friend and I ended up checking out after two nights and moving to the Condado Palm, which was amazing by comparison. Here’s what we experienced at The Wave Hotel: • The room had a strong unpleasant odor. • Only two thin, stained pillows were provided. • The mattress was small, extremely springy, and cheap quality — it gave me back pain and made it nearly impossible to sleep. • The bathroom was tiny, with damaged walls and a rusty light switch. It didn’t even feel comfortable enough to take a normal shower. • Towels and linens looked dirty, and I didn’t feel comfortable using them. Overall, the room felt unclean, run-down, and completely different from what was pictured online. While the price may be lower, the experience is not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else — we were so relieved when we moved hotels.

This place was amazing. I only stayed there one night before my cruise. Staff was friendly l, rooms were clean and spacious. Rooftop, although I did not spend much time on was really nice and the views were amazing. Great location and highly recommend.

This location is exactly where you want to be! From the moment our group arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service. The employees are always attentive to your needs and dedicated to provide the utmost care. The rooms are beautiful with wide windows, vibrant blue furniture, and super spacious. Supplies are also replenished every day of your stay! Right at the very top of the wave hotel you can find yourself admiring the city views alongside a jacuzzi. Right in the center of multiple highways, you're only 2 minutes away from Condado Beach! You're also surrounded by a consistent amount of plazas and restaurants to look forward to. Nice location for cruise terminal. Property is aging, and it shows in places. Tv remote did not work, towel bars missing in bathroom, fridge rusted. Bedding and towels need to be replaced. Staff is awesome!
