The property was perfect. I don’t think a service fee of 30.00 is reasonable when I didn’t park a car on the property or use your WiFi which was poor to day the least.

The hotel isn’t what you expect from Hyatt. I feel that we were paying so much money and it really wasn’t worth it. The hotel had a urine smell the day we got there and the carpets felt very wet in our room. On top of that the elevators were always down so we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage up and down. Also, one night we left some silver rings by the pool and asked someone if we could go look and he said he couldn’t open it because the pool was closed which was very annoying. He really didn’t want to take the time out to just let us look for the rings. The room was just a basic room nothing like a Hyatt I’ve stayed anywhere else so we were a bit disappointed. We definitely want to visit PR again, but for sure not staying in this hotel. They also charge you 16 + tax to park so just find street parking and if you tell them you have a car they automatically charge you the parking even if you don’t even park on property so that was another issue. They did refund us that money in the end though.

The staff was courteous and helpful. I suggest you offer bagels for breakfast, a personal like.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the lobby, restaurants, and guest rooms. Front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

The customer service was excellent. I believe it was Norma (who checked us in). She was friendly, personable and able to help us in answering questions. She also suggested that we could have our luggage held when we got off the ship on the following Sunday, since our flight was at 11:30 p.m.

The hotel is in a centric location and the breakfast was good. The room needs an update. There are scuff marks on the wall. The housekeeping didn’t come until 4pm.

Everything delightful, except for the Shower in the room, was not properly clean or disinfected.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. The pool is small, but the rooms were spacious and comforting. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The complimentary breakfast is great, lots of food choices. The entire hotel is clean and we loved being so close to Old San Juan and the beaches. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Not goodview suck nothing good to say never stay there again

No what I expected from a Hyatt. The room smells bad. We went out, and they didn't clean the washroom. Sheraton and Hilton has better service. Charge me $14.00 a night for parking. Hotels don't charge guests for parking.

We stayed at the Hyatt house for one week. The room was suited for our needs which accommodated three adults. We were able to by groceries to cut back on eating out nightly. As well as the daily free breakfast offered by the hotel also helped with savings. The room was supplied with a many kitchen that included a small stove top, refrigerator, and a small area for dining. At such a reasonable cost, having the amenities provided in the rooming package allowed for us to feel at home and save lots of money. Aside from El Yunque national rain forest, the proximity to local attractions was great and convenient to and from the hotel. Although the rain forest was not near the hotel a nice 45 min drive to the attraction was not bad considering the beautiful views along the way. Our overall experience was great!. We were not to impress with the pool because it was rather small however the many beautiful beaches nearby made of the pool.

Nice and clean hotel! Nice staff! Daily breakfast was delicious.
