What I loved the most about the property was the fantastic staff. The hotel is very clean and easy to find, safe and convenient. There is a supermarket close by open until 9pm. I really like and need my coffee and every morning you downstairs there is coffee for purchase. The shower water was hot which I loved. Beds and pillows comfy and no complaints.
My mother was very pleased and the staff made the reservation easy on her for checkin.
Very friendly staff. The location was great, and our room had an amazing view of the lagoon and ocean. Very reasonably priced and convenient. Lots of dining options, both high-end and reasonably priced, within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended.

Room was space and clean close to every thing you needed
We loved the hotel! It is not located directly by the ocean (approx 2 kms), but very close to the Lagoon. We like to walk, so we would walk to the Contada Beach, which took us approx. 30 mns (5 mns by car). Lots if restaurants in the neighborhood, a supermarket. The hotel itself is super clean, has a great rooftop, a laundromat and a small bar and restaurant (unfortunately both closed, at the moment, due to Covid 19). We loved the staff, from the people at the reception (always ready to help, very friendly) to the housekeepers! If we cine back (we intend to), we want to go to Hotel Miramar again! By the way, if you rent a car, the hotel has spots reserved in a closed lot across the street. We used Uber a lot, which avoided us to look for a parking and was very cheap! 5 stars for Hitel Miramar and its staff!
Clean and quiet. Very nice hotel. Close to everything but you need to drive to Condado if that’s where you want to be.

I stayed a 3 day Holiday wknd in Feb. I enjoyed my stay. Let me tell you that I am a fussy 70 yr old well traveled Woman. My Deluxe Room was very nice, awesome view of the Condado Lagoon, modern Bathroom, Comfortable King Size Bed with plenty of pillows. Lovely Bathroom with attention to details, I even loved the Plant on the Bathroom shelf. Quiet Hotel, Clean, attendants and staff are friendly and helpful. A musky smell in the room when I first entered, because of the humid weather. But I opened all the windows a crack and problem solved. I have stayed in many Hotels in Puerto Rico. This is my favorite so far. I will be back. Near good restaurants and transportation. I highly recomend this Gem.

Check was a breeze. The hotel and room were super clean. The terrace was lovely with great views.
The hotel is cute, great location. Staff is amazing especially Angel he was super helpful. The manager and day time staff were also great. I have a few complaints which are minimal, the tub filled up and took a few minutes to drain, the air conditioner is definitely on the older side, some electrical work would benefit the hotel.
