All in all the stay was nice. They need more activities for the guess. The pool and beach situation was lacking chairs. If you did not come down early and try and secure a chair both pool and beach you were out of luck. The pool towels were old and dingy. Beach rocky. They did keep everything clean. Also you need a car to go to stores, because of distance. Although cab service was ok once you got one.

in 3 days they ve never done the cleaning and changing of towels first night i ve complaint as it was done the bed but not even entered to the bathroom, second day they have not even entered the room, extremely expensive for such a bad service! the hotel was not full and when I complaint at the front desk receptionist said that there were other guest more important than us... must be because I ve booked with Expedia service at the beach very poor and you need to pay cash for drinks complaint but manager has never contacted me back

Agree and paid for early check-in. Put our things in the room then went to the pool for several hours. When we came back, our keys did not work. Went to the front desk and the lady reprogrammed them. After opening the door, we discovered water all over the floor coming from the bathroom and a wallet sitting on the counter that was not placed there. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened. She called housekeeping to clean the water. She told a security officer what happened. The guy said he didn't have access to review the cameras and had to wait for a security manager the next day. We waited over an hour to clean the water and nobody came. Went back to the front desk and said we were coming to eat and she called again for someone to come clean the room. The next day when we went to check out, we asked to speak to the security manager he wasn't available. Finally after waiting the guy came and then went outside and was on the phone a long time. He came back inside writing stuff on a paper. I thought he was checking to see what happened. I told the lady at the front desk we had a plane to catch and couldn't wait forever. After more time, the "security manager" asked me what my complaint was. By then, I was irritated by the fact he should have known already what my complaint was and had no more time to waste and had to leave to go to the airport. I wrote a statement what happened and they said they would get back to me. Never did get a reply back.
