Upon arrival after 4 pm to this hotel we waited over an hour to be placed in a room . The room we received was outdated and dilapidated. After noticing other rooms were more updated which is what showed when I booked and paid the additional money for I went back to the front desk to complain and I was moved to an updated room for a fee. After asking why they are putting guest in rooms that are renovated Asiel informed me because no one usually complains. And since I booked through a third party that is another reason why I didn’t see the deluxe option room .She gave me an email address to send to explain to the manager my concerns which I did but never heard back. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Rooms were gross and very outdated. You can hear doors slamming all night long. Beds were uncomfortable. We left some items in the hotel and called the same day and have gotten no where as to where our items are. Its a constant run around. We know 100% the items were left in room.

The front desk reception workers were amazing. The woman who checked us in was polite and helpful. The room was subpar. Very outdated. The hotel itself was satisfactory. Nothing to brag about. The pool was ok. The outside was dirty. It’s frustrating when people are disgusting and leave garbage - we saw coffee cups, dirty napkins, used beverage cups, used sunscreen bottles just laying around. It’s even more frustrating when you’re walking around the pool and see it in your path. My husband physically pulled out napkins out of the pool, Disgusting! We checked in and the next day at 10 am the power went out. The adjacent hotel knew ahead of time and warned their guests. This hotel did not. They claimed that they didn’t know but that was a lie. Hotel maintenance told my husband that they knew about the power going down. The fact that there was no power, no use of the elevators, no ac, no way to keep our items in the fridge cold, no way to nap our son from the hours of 10 am to 4:15 pm is completely unacceptable. When we questioned what was going on- nobody had any idea. No body had any answers. When asked who the owner was - they didn’t know. We should be refunded not only for the inconvenience but bc of the poor lack of communication. Others were compensated for the inconvenience and at the very least we should be too.

Because we haven't been there before and had a great experience in 2017 and again in 2020. Sad to say that the place is being run down. The hotel itself is run down. The carpets are very dirty, old and mismatched where they have attempted to cover up damaged carpeting but not with the same pattern. The floors are falling apart under you as you walk especially outside in the pool area. The gazebo where the food and bar were previously locate is now in shambles and an eye sore. Electricity and water are turned off daily from 10-3 pm. They comped us $25 per day to go to one of their resturants, New York Steak. The restaurant was closed the entire time - on the property so the $25 comp was worthless. They told us to leave the premises during the utilities shutdowns. When checking out we were charged $15 for leaving the premises. we explained to the front desk manager that we have been charged $15 a day to go out of the facility in during the facility shutdowns, and asked that rather than having $25 each day for the comped closed restaurant to apply the $15 parking fee and take off those charges from our bill. She said the only person who can do that is the hotel administrator, but didnt know when he was coming into the office. I did write "disputed" on my final bill, but I am not hopeful that the "administrator" will contact me. I do not recommend this place it is sad to see it so run down, like that but save your money.

I’m not sure where to begin but I do know I want a full refund. I am 6 months pregnant and 2 days out of my stay, there was no electricity or running water from about 10am until about 5pm. The elevator was down so I actually had to walk up 3 flights. When the electricity was working, I couldn’t even watch tv in my room because they gave us the wrong remote. Hospitality did not come clean my room a single day or night I was there. When I arrived the jacuzzi AND the shower still had hair in it from previous guests. I had to clean it myself. They did not provide any wash cloths. The ice machine did not work. The vending machines did not work. To top it off, there was also a roach in my room. The staff was nice however they would write the complaints down but wouldn’t come fix ANYTHING. Everything is also outdated. The pool and beach areas were nice. You also have access to some of the amenities in the neighboring hotels. Only good thing about this place.

This hotel is a case study in false advertising and total disregard for guests—especially families. The property looks nothing like the photos. Check-in was chaotic, staff were uninformed and sent us repeatedly to closed restaurants, and basic amenities were missing (no complimentary water, no toiletries, limited dining hours). We later learned this hotel shares ownership and facilities with a much nicer neighboring hotel, meaning you pay more to get less. Wi-Fi barely worked, and then the power went out for 8 HOURS with no warning. We were on the 5th floor with small children, elevators were down, stairwells were pitch black, and emergency lights failed—dangerous and unacceptable. To make matters worse, my children were harassed by adults in the hot tub despite following posted rules. Staff did nothing. The conditions were so bad I was forced to book another hotel at a much higher cost—I lost money on this trip. This was meant to be a positive vacation for my kids after a recent divorce, and instead it was stress, damage control, and lost time. Expedia’s response and review process only compounded the problem. Spend more money and stay literally anywhere else.

Rooms are quite old, but clean. Everything was working. There was a power outage meaning no AC nor water for half a day for 3 days in a row. Territory outside is nice. Small bay with a small beach. Cannot really walk there. We drove to nearby town beach for long walks.

Truly disillusioned!! Hotel-specific power outage on day 4, no emergency lighting in stairwell. No communication from management about outage status. Woman in wheelchair could not get back to room. No comforters only 2 bedsheets and a very thin throw, no wash cloths, no shower curtain liners, carpets smell, floors uneven. Had to wear a hospital band -like thing the entire time there. No phone directory on phone, no answer when dialing “0”. Front desk had no maps or info about nearby local eats. Restaurants on-site no customer service and over priced. Rust around toilet.
