All in all the stay was nice. They need more activities for the guess. The pool and beach situation was lacking chairs. If you did not come down early and try and secure a chair both pool and beach you were out of luck. The pool towels were old and dingy. Beach rocky. They did keep everything clean. Also you need a car to go to stores, because of distance. Although cab service was ok once you got one.

The room was ok, but the front desk person need more customer service tone, was looking angry and mad all the time. Also, they need more pool chairs, they didn’t had enough for the people staying and if you wanted one more you had to pay which didn’t make sense. And the pool was extremely cold all day even with a hot sun, you couldn’t stay there for long, when that was the original intention of a relaxing vacation.

From my perspective the problem with this hotel is in the larger management. The staff are working to do their best to provide for guests. The property is in disrepair--carpet doesn't cover the floor, broken doors, light fixtures, and a struggling HVAC system that leaves rooms wet. We paid $16/day for parking and had difficulty getting in and out of the parking lot. It is combined with another hotel, so that provides some dining options and probably contributes to the better condition of the shared pool and the outside portions of the property. Puerto Rico is beautiful! So as long as you are not visiting to stay in your hotel, you might be fine staying here depending on the room. We appreciated the staff of the hotel for their efforts to do all they could to make the stay pleasant!

Rooms were clean. A bit outdated, but clean. Easy & convenient check in. The beach was okay. I think if they spent an hour a day to remove the washed up seaweed, it would be a huge improvement. This was our first time in Puerto Rico. We were originally going to rent a vehicle (because of the holiday, the vehicles were very expensive), we are very happy we didn’t rent a vehicle. Uber is super convenient, and inexpensive. We will definitely be back. Everyone in PR was friendly and welcoming.

Todo muy bien, es la segunda vez de me quedo, vuelvo pronto. Si me gustaría que después que se haga el check out, nos podríamos quedar par de horas en la piscina y playa, ya que llegue 2 horas después del check in, y no pude disfrutar ya que tengo una bb ,era muy tarde y mucho frío, lo demás todo perfecto. Gracias nos vemos pronto.
