The home sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds and a queen sofa bed, perfect for family getaways or a friends’ retreat. Enjoy the full kitchen, A/C in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and a relaxing outdoor lounge. Spend your days on the beach, swimming in the pool, playing a round of golf, or enjoying local restaurants just a short drive away. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this villa offers the perfect blend of both in a tropical setting.
ADDITIONAL RULES
• Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am; the community enforces noise fines.
• Maximum occupancy is six registered guests—no unregistered visitors after 10 pm.
• Smoking, vaping, pets and parties are prohibited by condo bylaws.
• Do not hang towels or clothing over balcony railings.
• Pool use is at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised.
• Report any damage promptly so we can address it before the next guest.
• Replacement fees: gate remote $150, each key $150.
