This was an absolutely beautiful resort! Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. The resort amenities were unbelievable and great for a family with children. From golf to pickleball, tennis, games, pools, waterpark, and beaches we will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful property with so much to do for families. I read some negative reviews and I’m surprised people were unhappy. I’m assuming it depends where your room was. We were in the marina near the waterpark and it was perfect. Palomino Island is great! I would definitely recommend it.

Food is average on a good day. Even though they seemed to have plenty of staff, service was generally slow at the restaurants. Do not select the breakfast buffet-not worth the $26/pp. The delays in getting your water and your check was absurd. The private island is okay—very crowded area as they have cut down on the space available to guests from several years ago. Resort itself is beautiful, but so are many resorts in the Caribbean. Not a value destination. If you have kids and adults who both want a break, good place because of the water park. Otherwise, not a good choice.

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful . The private island beach is gorgeous. Car parking is $17.00 per day. I was surprised by this charge and felt the resort was nickel and diming guests

Truly a complete Resort experience—Palomino Beach, Coqui Waterpark, several pools, great drinks around the pool. Only issue was they did not have any Puerto Rican food at restaurants. They had Italian, Spanish and American restaurants. However I live in NYC and have fine dining easily accessible—the food didn’t have the level of food I expected.
