The beautiful beaches and decor

It was a beautiful property and clean but if you’re expecting excellent customer service this is not the place. There was a line to check in even at midnight with only one person helping. The staff passes by you on golf carts instead of offering rides, even seeing you with your hands full. No sense of urgency, no friendliness. Breakfast took forever to get seated, to take our order, and to receive the food. The ladies giving the towels were friendly but that’s about it. The tour desk was a wait for someone to come and actually help and then they were no help at all. They gave us wrong information and we were able to find activities on our own. The room service desk was horrible—answered the phone as if we were bothering them and rude when taking order and of course they didn’t have what we wanted. Then on our last night there we went to the bar and ordered drinks and finally had a friendly server. We paid in cash and left. Upon checkout they tried to charge us for that bill as well. So much for her being friendly when she pocketed our money. So overall nice to look at and take pics, but nothing like the other resorts we have stayed at. You might as well save money and go somewhere cheaper. Also watch out for all the EXTRA FEES!

Peaceful and relaxing resort. Everything was great, delicious food, great staff, excellent service.

Check in and check out time is so long. Parking is very expensive. Hotel provide limited towels and shampoo. We dried our towel at balcony everyday. No room cleaning service until you leave.

I have no complaints. Instead, tons of praise for the staff. Everyone from the bell boys to check-in to the entire staff, was A ! The staff did an exceptionally great job of adhering to and enforcing the COVID guidelines and at the same time making our stay exceed expectations in a not so normal time. We felt safe the entire time. The bungalow room was beautiful as was the view. The property is gorgeous. The staff went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t thank them enough. Will definitely recommend and visit again! Great job!

The property was truly beautiful. However, the resort is technically not “all inclusive”.

The only thing my family liked about our stay was the Cafe worker Nick. All else was terrible and we will never recommend or stay here again.

I should of book through Hyatt website other then a third party maybe I would of received better service

I stayed at this same property 7 years ago, before it was owned by Hyatt. The property was damaged during hurricane Maria and Hyatt bought it. I love the way they have taken this property and made it so much better!! The decor choices are beautiful!! The staff is wonderful!! I plan to return!!

I have no complaints. Instead, tons of praise for the staff. Everyone from the bell boys to check-in to the entire staff, was A ! The staff did an exceptionally great job of adhering to and enforcing the COVID guidelines and at the same time making our stay exceed expectations in a not so normal time.
