Location, interior, stuff are amazing. Great place for families with kids.

I stayed at this same property 7 years ago, before it was owned by Hyatt. The property was damaged during hurricane Maria and Hyatt bought it. I love the way they have taken this property and made it so much better!! The decor choices are beautiful!! The staff is wonderful!! I plan to return!!

I like the beach and the pool which was huge in a variety of different things you could do on the property

Long walk to the rooms. Extremely expensive. Rude staff. Just a bar in pool but no activities at all

The natural setting of beach with lower structures so as to not overwhelm the landscape with buildings.

The resort is absolutely beautiful. From the grand entrance, to the huge pool, the grounds, to the rooms. The majority of the staff are extremely friendly and eager to please. Especially Roberto, from the moment we arrived and the whole time laughing, talking, and helping me and my kids have a great time. The only bad experience we had was in Nori the Asian restaurant. They were very disorganized and waited over 30 minutes and our order was barely taken. We left hungry and went to Waters Edge and they totally made up for it! They apologized a million times and gave us the meal on the house. Great job! The food was also top notch, extremely delicious but you certainly pay for it. Overall me and my kids had an awesome time! Thanks Hyatt!

This is a renovated property that feels spanking new. It also has some additional work to be done to attract guests but we found the small crowds very pleasing. The only real complaints we had was with the volume at which the music was played in the bar (deafening) and at the pool (unrelaxing) and the fact that you could never pay for anything in cash. Otherwise the staff was first-rate and the setting gorgeous. Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking that all-inclusive vibe.

Very nice resort and customer service. Room service was terrible. Burger almost raw (well done requested) other food was cold only given a partial refund. Our room was very nice and clean but missed 2 days of housekeeping.

This property was elegant, upgraded and so picturesque. I would definitely stay at this property and other Hyatt Regencies in the future.

Its was great service. The safe was professional and friendly

Everything at the location is great I love it I recommend

We stayed the week before Christmas and had an amazing trip! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The resort recently reopened and as we were there things were opening (a new bar lobby bar-gorgeous! and Prime steakhouse-delicious!). Food-the restaurants were very good, but definitely pricey. We also stayed club level and being a family of 4 it was worth the additional cost. They had a decent continental breakfast, the snacks during the day consisted of cereal, granola bars and cookies and the apps in the evening were yummy, we didn't take advantage of that enough, mostly because it ended promptly at 7pm, it would be nice it they extended the hours a bit. You can pop in any time and grab a beer for $4 or a glass of wine for $8. There was a Mexican food truck that opened by the pool bar while we were there and the food was SO good and decently priced. But, keep in mind you're on Caribbean time and everything takes a while. Pool-GORGEOUS! The pool is huge, there's a pool bar and cabanas free of charge, which was always nice for a nap. There are activities for the kids throughout the day (they made it extra special on Christmas Eve!) pool noodles are free and you can rent tubes/rafts for $10 for 2 hours. The pool manager was awesome, she made sure that all of the kids were involved in the Christmas Eve activities and made it lots of fun! Rooms-very comfortable and relaxing. The tub/shower is great! We stayed rainforest view, although it wasn't much of a view we had no

the best resort I have ever been to!!! I will definitely book again in the future!!!

I want to thank you for your review and for staying at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. We are glad that you enjoyed and noticed all of the work we have put on renovating the property. I have taken your complaint about music in the pool and will be working with the activities team on new ways to provide more options for our guests and ensuring our standards are met to satisfy and exceed the expectations of every person that visits us. I hope you visit us during your next vacation!
