Happy to come back here. Treated me great when another person in my party got COVID (luckily I didn’t). Had a variety of allergen friendly options at the three restaurants. Clean and beautiful property with bungalows in separate buildings, which I appreciate during a pandemic. All staff wore masks. Golf carts to take you between buildings if you need. Amazing pool and pool bar. Spa was excellent. The only thing that could be better would be a hot tub and beach service, and I did not appreciate having to pay for parking!

Since Hyatt took over the property it has lost all its charm. Feels like being on any mainland Hyatt facility.

Our stay wasnt great or relaxing like we needed. The power went out three times. At one point we had no power or running water (no toilet) for over 6 hours. The food wasnt good, over priced, and there are no options. Unless you want burgers all the time. We went to the steakhouse one night and they were out of everything. And they messed up our bill. I was being over charged by almost $1,000 in error. They did fix it but just alot of chaos for only 3 days 4 nights.

Very good

Slippery marble floors everywhere, when it raind water pooled everywhere on the sidewalks (poor drainage), hard to get to, isolated with no shopping nearby.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Pretty relaxing for the time of year we went. Very accessible from San Juan.

Never disappoints. The whole staff is friendly and accommodating

Had to wait for 2 hrs to have tennis rackets available, while the courts were empty! They only has kids tennis rackets available, no adult rackets! What a bummer! At Water's Edge restaurant, breakfast waitress service seems to be better than the dinner crews.

Look the decor of the resort. The bungalows were so nice and comfy. Didn't like the late night food options. But beach was calm and easy to relax on. Pools were big, but no jacuzzi. Have to plan early to do excursions.. everything was sold out by the time we got there. Reaort is away from everything, recommend renting a car or pay for lots of taxi's.

Very large and well maintained

Nos gusto mucho el hotel,su personal muy servicial y amigable. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y confortables. La playa está bien

We all loved the property, the pools are amazing, the beach is beautiful, the bartenders make the best cocktails, lots of activity offered for the kids, great place if you like to run long distances. The service was great, very friendly!

The property is very nice and pleasing to the eye. Food is pretty good and has access to pool and beach. Most are very friendly and willing to help you with a smile. A few negative though which to some might be minor but for us they were biggies. First of, no microwave. When you’re traveling with a two year old a microwave is a must. How can you no have a microwave in each room or at least provide one upon request? When we inquired about this they confirmed that rooms have no microwave. They offered a solution to take our gerber food to the mirador restaurant for heating. At the mirador they had us sign a waiver. So having to heat up my child’s breakfast and lunch at this restaurant was a real drag. I’ll have to say two people in the mirador were extremely helpful; Thalia and Adrian. As soon as they saw me they happily took my baby’s food and heat it up. Always with a smile. When they were not there though I had to put with sometimes annoyed faces. On two occasions they tried to tell me I had to pay $15 to have the food heated smh. I told them no, I had gotten permission from front desk to have my child’s food heated. Needles to say I was less than happy each time I had to go there. Only time I was happy is when I saw Thalia and Adrian who do know what customer service is all about. I feel this hotel tries to nickel and dime way too much. Another big negative for me was they have no refrigerators in the rooms. My child’s milk got spoiled. They have “coolers” whatever.

Very limited swim area in the water.

Property is absolutely stunning and welcoming. Definitely feels like you are “away” on vacation. The rooms were spacious and elegantly designed. Staff was friendly and available. I never once felt like I was “bothering” anyone. One thing that was a bit off putting was the loudness of the AC on the room. It was probably the only negative part of the stay.
