Very poor choice of food - very few restaurants for such large property, strange schedule for restaurants, quality of food is mediocre with very high prices. Almost no activities and no entertainment.

other than the good parts: 3 problems: 1)expedia website states hotel has airport shuttle: after booking room hotel tells me no airport shuttle and it cost $130 to go back and forth. 2) not disclosed OTA expense $75/day ($225 for the three days): OTA?? Online Travel Agent, really?? so I should not use expedia with them. 3) there is nowhere on the proerty to get away from the noise/music speakers by every pool seating area and restaurants..was trying to work and phone people and it was difficult to find a quiet spot, music is blasting in many areas and they cannot turn it down

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and we loved our stay here. We stayed for a week for our honeymoon and it was great! Everything was clean and beautiful! The pool and the wet bar were great. There were a bunch of restaurants on the resort and all of them were very tasty. We will definitely be back next year!

The pool was nice, there’s a couple active ones and one further that didn’t seem active. The attendance for food and drink were always around and helpful. The seating around the pool was clean and inviting although if you want a spot, you should get up early in the morning to claim your chair. We have the opportunity to golf at this beautiful PGA tour course, it truly is a sight to see, and a must do. Food was good. The Asian spot was delicious. The steak place was OK.

The check in process was long due to several people on line. However, the person at the check in counter was polite and knowledgeable. As for the valet staff: One person removed my bags from the car (tip$) another person brought the bags to the room (tip$). The valet staff seemed to be double dipping for double tipping.
