Air conditioner died in the middle of the night. Was offered a different room and moved so we could sleep. Rooms were clean. Front desk service was slow. Had to be put on a list to wait for check in.

The location was only plus of location. The beds are uncomfortable and noise is unbearable at night since hotel is right next to main highway and windows need major upgrades to cancel the noise from cars.

When we checked in the front desk, lady was not very friendly. In the morning, we went down for a cup of coffee and the cups there were all dirty and no coffee was available. A shuttle was to be provided for us to the cruise ship and no shuttle arrived.

The beds were fine — but the bathroom lacked shampoo, conditioner & lotion! We were supposed to have free transportation to the port — the clerk said it would probably be best if we got our own transportation…she should have told us that when we first went down to “wait” for the van; not let us wait for an hour in the lobby & outside on the sidewalk!

Room was clean and as expected for the price. There were coffee mug but no coffee maker ??? The main reason for this rating is the lack of hot water! When we arrive after a day of travel there was no hot water. The next morning there was only a few seconds before it turned cold. It was very close to the port which was the main reason for staying here. The shuttle was very good.

Room was good for our needs. Pillows were way too hard for sleeping. The vending machine took money but didn’t dispense products. Desk personnel were “flip” in their response claiming they couldn’t do anything about it. They didn’t even care. Sink faucet was inadequate and needs two handles, not a press down mechanism that only dispenses an inadequate amount of water.

Place is ok for 1 night stay before going to cruise port. Otherwise, not worth it. No hot water in morning. Staff so so. Place was clean. No amenities to speak of.

It was ok but it could have been better. Pillow was hard like a rock, they dont have any coffee and the ac only have one setting on or off so it was super cold at the night plus they dont give you a nice blanket.

2 stars for the following reasons: - clean - reasonable location However: - very sketchy check-in/ checkout (put you key in a small jar) - take a photo to have instructions for room tv, air-conditioning… - air conditioner is either on or off; no temperature adjustment. At night it was super cold and we had 1 basic blanket. - windows are plexiglass and the noise of the highway is LOUD. - the receptionist rarely raises her head to greet/watch those coming & going. While checking us in she was on the phone chatting the whole time! - no hand towels only 1 bath towel per client and no hand towel. - sink has no hot water for washing hands. This is a place that I am disappointed that Expedia lists!

It’s very difficult giving a fair rating because my issue is with the surrounding noise. It’s 3:00 AM and it appears the festival traffic noise has ended and I can finally go to sleep.

The place was very clen. Super basic. Nothing extra. No coffee maker, but it had small refrigerator and microwave. There is the T-Mobile center 5 to 10 minutes walking with many good restaurants and live music at night. The afternoon lady who checked us in was very unfriendly. Not helpful at all. The hotel has free shuttle to the port. Make sure you make a reservation.
