Spring Break 2023!

This apartment was a fantastic place for 5 of us to be very comfortable and enjoy the ocean view! We could hear the sounds of the waves day and night. Steps away from the beach! We all had the best vacation.

Clean, with great balcony overlooking ocean

The apartment was clean and simple. Nothing fancy. Balcony had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Didn't love air-conditioning unit on balcony.

Great location, steps from beach, nice area

Communication with owner/manager was quick and easy, condo was clean and had pretty much all we needed. Beds in 2nd bedroom were a little too firm for my teenagers but condo was comfortable and overlooks ocean. It is close to casino, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, ice cream, supermarket, etc. There is a resort next door that you can pay for a day pass to three great pools and other amenities. Beach had drink and food vendors (we did not partake, though), banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals. Overall, a great vacation.

Excellent

The property is exactly as described. ESJ towers is old and the rental unit has a lot of miles on it. Amenities such as the pool and bar are closed. The beach is excellent. Never heard a plane during our entire stay even though we were right next to airport. Access to various highways to explore is excellent. The owner responded promptly and appropriately to issues seemingly before i finished texting.

Excellent location and wonderful communication. Linens were not clean.

This condo is located right on the beach with a great view. The owners were great at communication and fixed an air conditioning problem quickly. The one thing we were disappointed with was the overall cleanliness. The linens and towels smelled bad like no one changed them, so we had to wash them all. The entire building needed major renovations. If you want a great location this is perfect, but don’t have high expectations for anything else.

spectacular location

I am a PR native who lives abroad and visits la Isla often. Believe me when I say the best thing this condo has is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The amenities of the community and unit are splendid. Parking spot is great if you're driving a rental. If you're not, everything you can possibly need is within a 1/2 mile radius - restaurants are steps away and grocery store super close with a cheap Uber ride. The unit was spacious, clean, and with a full kitchen where you can prepare a full meal if you want. The ocean view from the main area is breathtaking. I was up at 6am every day to watch the sunrise. AMAZING. The pool area and direct beach access are fantastic. I made a couple of minor recommendations to the property manager about trivial things that have no bearing on my overall feedback. The property manager was very responsive and provided all the indications we needed for our stay. We hope to return soon.

Don’t recommend 0/10!!!

If you're seeking a 4 or 5-star experience, this condo is not the right choice for you. The most crucial aspect of any vacation is your accommodation, and upon arriving at the building, we immediately began to doubt our decision and feared what the room would look like. Despite seeing photos online, they can be misleading, and unfortunately, they were in this case. The lobby appears to be the best feature of the entire building. The parking garage is in poor condition and unclean, while the hallways have a musty smell. As soon as we entered the unit, it was clear that it was not what we had envisioned. The white couch was cracked and stained, and the odor within the unit was quite unpleasant. Everything felt old and rundown, with dirty floors filled with grime in the cracks and crevices. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the apartment were lacking, except for the balcony. If it weren't for the beautiful ocean view, I would have requested a refund and sought alternative accommodations. The beds were uncomfortable, causing us to toss and turn throughout the night. Thankfully, we spent most of our days out exploring, but the thought of returning to that room was disheartening. To add to our frustration, the power went out daily during our absence, as evidenced by the blinking oven clock each time we returned. There was also a complete lack of hot water, a common issue in Puerto Rico. You would expect to enjoy at least a decent 10-minute hot shower, but nope! 0/10 experience
