NEW 3/2 POOLFRONT. FULL BACKUP GENERATOR, 2 POOLS, NEAR BEACH, GYM, 2 PARKINGS.
Come and enjoy staying in this beautiful new project in Isla Verde called SOLEMARE. The resort has two magnificent pools with in-pool chaise loungers, our apartment has a terrace, split systems new a/c's, Tv's in living area and in all bedrooms, new decoration, 2 parking spots and we have full electric generator. You can either walk or drive to Isla Verde Beaches, we are 5 minutes from these beaches. We are also 10 minutes and 15 minutes driving distance respectively from Condado and Old San Juan. We are located in a main throughway almost at the exit from the San Juan airport, able to connect easily to all highways in Puerto Rico. The apartment is ample, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, we have a terrace that connect directly to the main, larger pool. There is washer and dryer on site and the new unit is just decorated, and equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation memorable. All rooms and living area have a/c, wifi and smart TV's.
The grounds have two pools, gym, BBQ and gathering area. We have 24/7 security in this gated community, and we are 5 minutes from Isla Verde Beach.

Puerto Rican Retreat
My brothers and I stayed at this exquisite place as part of our family reunion trip to Puerto Rico. It was the first time we had vacationed together as adults and we were joined by our spouses and children (ages 1-15!) The home had something for EVERYONE, but we all agreed that being steps away from the pool was the best part and the best way to start our day! Annie and Jorge were incredibly thoughtful and communicative and always willing to respond to our messages to answer our silly questions…even about using the key fob to get into the building (Oops!) We were grateful for their timeliness and hospitality. You won’t regret making this your home away from home in the future!

My family and I stayed at this property earlier this month. The condo was exactly as described and the check-in process was fairly smooth. The host responded fairly quickly to any questions that we had before and during our stay. The condo was close by to major areas in San Juan and we took advantage of the location to walk to a nearby panaderia and coffee shop. We were able to have a rideshare pick us up at the gate and food delivery directly to the condo building. Other members of the group also took advantage of the pool and gym. We were pleased with the condo and it's location.

Excelente stay
The location was perfect for our needs. The place was very clean and the amenities where to our comfort. It had everything we needed from our daily needs to the needs for the family to go to the beach. I would highly recommend to others. The manger/ owner responded to our text in minutes when we had any questions or in diuy. Highly recommend!!
