The hotel itself was fine but the parking lot was filthy. There was trash and debris scattered through out the parking lot. A very bad first and last impression of the entire experience.

Very kind staff act like you were family here

We were not able to use the pool during our stay, my daughter wanted to enjoy the pool. The reason we weren’t able to use the pool was because there was a big group of guests and they took the whole pool. We waited and called the hotel and the response was “oh, sorry”

Our stay was ok. It was a good quiet place for our family vacation. Location was great, we could easily go and get a few essentials at a near by store as well as dine out. The room was outdated small in space. As far as complaints, I thought it was annoying that we did not get matching shampoo, conditioner and soap. I guess you’d expect better from this type of hotel. Lastly, absolutely overpriced parking. Got somewhat of a good deal for our stay, just didn’t know they’d get us in $28 per day parking. Would stay again if parking weren’t so expensive.

There was no restaurant, gym facilities at the hotel, however it was implied gym facilities and restaurant both were closed. The TV service was unacceptable, it went out and came back on every day, I notified staff regarding this issue.

Great location, amenities, staff, and overall value.

I really enjoyed this trip. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The beds in the room were comfy so we slept great. Parking wasn't too bad, the lot was well lit. I would recommend this place since it was easy to get to places from here and the hotel staff knew their way around.

The a/c was horrible. Our room was warm and we wanted the a/c to cool it down but it couldn’t even do that. We called the front desk and they sent a tech up. He literally didn’t do a thing. Just said “it should work now” even though we watched him do nothing but look at it. Called the front desk back they said they could give us a different room. We asked if it would be cooler, the reply was simply, “I don’t know.” Therefore we slept, sweating, all night. Horrible accommodations.

Everyone was very courteous. The property was very clean.

Great, friendly staff. Allowed for late checkout until 1 pm so that was a huge plus! Only downfall was that their jacuzzi was broken :(

Beds and pillows were great. Very clean. Nice hotel altogether

The warm cookies, fresh fruit and cold water helped. They offer a pool and jacuzzi. It's centrally located.
