I stayed in room 608 with my husband and rented an additional room for family. We stayed 3 days and everyday we stayed the shower water had low pressure and would stop running water at certain times during our showers. At one point I had conditioner in my hair and soap all over my body and the water completely shut off. Called front desk and lady who answered seemed overwhelmed and explained she was only one up front but that she would send someone. A maintenance employee showed a few minutes later and my husband showed him how the water wasn’t working and at the time we turned it on and it was coming out and the maintenance employee laughed like if we were lying and my husband told him to wait, maybe less than a minute later the water stops and the employee explained it’s coming from the boiler and that it’s not our shower. The shower continued to not work properly and when we were getting ready to leave and checking everything to ensure we had all of our belongings I notice what looked like vomit on the side of the bed. It was on the box spring. Also the fridge did not work. I understand I could’ve called and explained this to the front desk but they seemed overwhelmed and the hotel looked at full capacity.

Just stayed one night. Good stay. At first was concerned about the traffic noise from the freeway but with the AC in the room helped to cope and adjust.

Nice hotel, bad Front Desk Staff.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and located in an area that I felt was safe and convienent. I have no problems with the room, however the Front Desk Service was atricious. I was checking in with my mother. The room was in my name. When I checked in, I asked that my mom's name be added to the name on the hotel. I was told this was done. It was not. This created a problem later when my mom forgot our room number after going down to the lobby and asked the front desk for the number. She told them she was staying with her son. They looked up my name, but because her name had not been added they did not give her the room number and worse, according to my Mom, LIED TO HER that they did not have anyone at the hotel by that name. They should have called me immediately in my room when she made the request but did not. The situation was only resolved because I realized my mom had been gone too long and I went down to the lobby to look for her. I cannot tell you how incensed I was that they lied but also that they DID NOT IMMEDIATELY call my room. Very poor training, and professionalism by the Front Desk staff at this hotel.

My husband and I have been going to San Diego every weekend and we have stayed in almost all the hotel around Mission Valley, and this is the BEST one that we have stayed at!! The staff are friendly from our check in to check out is so smooth! House keepers are super friendly!! We love this Hotel and we’ll stay here again and again!! Thank You Sheraton!!!

We didn’t have the room that we booked available right then and there so we got whatever was available, a double queen beds room. We stayed there for only one night and everything was nice and convenient. There was something off about the blankets. It almost looked like mold growing in them but I believe the blankets are just old and worn out. The shower head in our room was also a little off. A little part of the shower head would spray to the side out of the shower curtains or straight onto the ceiling when I rotated the direction of the shower head.
