Great location

Amazing location! Located right between beach and bay, which was perfect. Can walk to several restaurants and shops. Only thing missing was shampoo, soap and laundry detergent, but other than that it was great!

Vacay 2022

The location of this property was perfect for or whole family, just about 50 feet from the bay and about a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk on the beach side. Susie did make herself available for any questions if needed. The only down side to this location is the parking. I feel that the owner should be a little more considerate in regards to the spaces at the actual location. Most families are traveling from out of town and bringing with them bicycles, ice chests and other items for the stay, we were 3 families and only one vehicle fit in the parking assigned to for our stay. The parking that she allows would only work for 2 small or midsize vehicles even though she has two other spots that are chained off and she states are for “family and maintenance “. I feel she could have allowed us to use one of the two chained off parking spots at the property. Instead we had to park two of our other vehicles in another parking lot about 10 minutes away (Walking) which by the way one of us received a citation for parking there and paid $81 dollars for the fine. I only saw one truck parked there one of the days (which was her son) and another vehicle in the other spot at the property on another day. No other day were these two parking areas being used.

Beach house at Mission Bay

This is not a place of luxury it is a second home!!! The location is perfect, out the door to the right you are at the bay. Go left and you are a two minute walk to the beach. Use the back door to come and go because that is where the outdoor shower is to rinse and keep house clean. Lots of places to walk, bike or even take a “Bird” scooter is so much fun! Belmont park and beach area is just a bike ride away or a great walk on the beach. Having three full baths was great with so many of us. The house was clean and welcoming. NO a/c so be prepared for the hot months. The owner Suzi has wonderful Communication. I highly recommend this place for larger groups and if you are wanting to be close to the beach then this is perfect for families!!!!

Family comfort and fun

We had a comfortable and good time at this Mission beach townhouse. The location was ideal to go back and forth to the bay and beach. Located by many nice restaurants and also near Belmont Shores and pier. The room had comfy mattresses and each room had its own bathroom. Loved the patio which had great seating, BBQ, located close to kitchen and a nice view of the bay. Would definately stay again.

Close to the ocean and bay.

The townhouse was located in a area right between the beach and bay. The home covers all basic needs, nothing extra. Since it is three stories high, there are lots of stairs (just a warning for those with little ones). The location was the best part! Just a short walk back in case you forget something or need to nap the kiddos. Communication with owner was nice and helpful!

Family Vacation

Great location, close to Mission Bay and the beach. The house was very clean and Suzi was quick to respond, when we had questions. I gave it 4 stars, since the place did not have air condition and we visited during an extremely hot week. Otherwise, the house, location was perfect for our family of 5.

Close to the beach and the bay

The house was great, had everything you need to stay awhile. The only thing that was inconvenient was the stairs , many of my family hit there toes or almost trip going up and down. Otherwise the house was amazing. In a perfect location. They even let us check in early, which was a plus. 🤗🤗

Amazing Weekend!

We really had a fantastic trip. Location was perfect. 5 beds & 2 (comfortable) futons was essential for our group of adult men. Suzi was amazing! We even got a SMOKIN' deal on rentals due to her relationship local business owners. I'm not sure when, but we will definitely be back!!

Best Loacation in Mission

This is our second year staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Because we have younger children the location near the bay is more appropriate for our family. It is so nice to be 20 ft from the bay, we set up our pop up shade, rent our paddle boards and spend the entire day relaxing in the bay water. Just across the bay we can rent any water toy we want! My husband and I walked down to the Catamaran Hotel and had a massage and used their spa. With the ocean only 100ft away we take walks every morning before breakfast. This home has everything you need for a fun filled family vacation. Suzi was always available to us for questions. I would highly recommend this home for your family get away. You will love the patio and views of the bay and ocean!
