Friendly staff & location was excellent for my vacation.

Because of my handicap (bad legs) I asked for main building or something closer. I got "C" building second floor with NO elevator. I also asked if someone could help me/us with our bags and they brought over a luggage cart and left. We had to push it to our buildings. I asked for a 4:30am wake up call and I am still waiting for it. In the morning I had to walk back with my luggage to get shuttle and they said the shuttle will pick you up in front of my building. I started to ask for help and one of the staff interrupted and left me hanging. I had to walk back by myself. SO now you know why I gave the staff of your company bad reviews. Thank you Vincent

The outdoor space is definitely where the value is for this property.

Nice location. But there weren't even any water??? Really??? Missing amenities and no complimentary breakfast. In other cheaper hotels, there are continental breakfast and two bottles of water, plus toiletries.

No microwave and pay for parking ?? Outrageous! Front desk staff were great!

Property was very convenient to our needs, Sea World trip followed by a tour of balboa park and finished at little Italy.

The staff was very accommodating, always positive and polite.

Staff was wonderful very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful, super helpful and friendly.

Urine soaked walls and blinds. Upon the opening the door the smell was overpowering.

Check in was between 4pm and midnight. I called for shuttle at 11:45 pm from airport and was told that there was no reservation under my name. And they were full so they could not help me. Called back with Orbitz reservation id and they still said there was no reservation under my name.

I requested a king bed and our reservation included breakfast and none was given at checkin. Had to go back to lobby to request. Staff was nice to exchange.

Hotel under some partial renovation. Room was a block from the lobby and upstairs, no elevator. Unable to change room s as they were full. By the time my husband, who has had 2 shoulder surgeries, and myself needing a knee replacement made it to the room we were in too much pain to enjoy our first day in San Diego..

My room had a bad old abandoned smell to it, shower was clog
