Good hotel and value for money
Nice property. Running toilet, poor water pressure, like warm shower water, heater didn't work.
Horrible!! A/C was not working in room, room was about 90 degrees. We contacted the front desk multiple times and informed them about the air conditioning not working and water leaking from thw bathroom into the room/bed area. Every time we contacted them they would simply say "someone is on their way", which was conplete bs becase no one ever came. We contacted the front desk over 5 times during the first night stay, since no one showed up the following day we decided to leave that horrible hotel since the room was worse than an oven. Never again will i stay there nor do I recommend it. Service is horrible and so is the place.

The phone in our room was not working, the pool was cold, the restaurant was expensive and there were never towels available at the pool. Whenever we would ask for some thing as far as toilet paper or some thing for our room it took a very long time to have a request accommodated.
The heater/air-condition is very loud especially at night, can’t sleep at all due to loud noise. Staff is not friendly.
Good overall except for the room service couldn’t help us cause either short staff or not sure why
We had a great experience here. Room was clean, the property is clean, the pool area is really nice.
We liked that the bar hours were extended on NYE! Made for a safe way to have a toast there.

Elevators don't run properly. Food at the restaurant is mediocre, at best. The personnel are all very kind and attentive and that's a big plus. No maid service. Maybe that's a covid thing, but I don't recall being told so.
Everything was great except that the air conditioning was so cold that I froze to death. Maintenance did come up and try and turn it down.
Very nice for the price point. Staff very attentive. Didn't appreciate paying for parking. Food was good and not over priced. Restaurant staff were excellent every day went out of their way. Area has lots to do and close to beach and many restaurants and shopping.
The front desk was not ready to check us in on arrival despite having called them in advance. The AC in our room was not working in the crazy San Diego heat. It was a terrible experience all in all.
