We liked how J Resort has made the old Sands casino and rooms brighter with more lights and painted walls white. Nice to have the grab and go food/drink option at Hanna's Express. Love the open parking lot - don't have to park in a parking garage!
It was ok
Clean, quiet, roomy. A nice place to stay. The only dislike was the casino smelled of cigarette smoke.
Everyone was just wonderful! From the supervisor making excellent restaurant recommendations to the gift store clerk for being so friendly! Even maintenance was wonderful! I can't wait to visit Reno again and stay at the JResort again!
