I reserved a room with a king bed. Upon arrival they told me there was none available. They asked me if it was ok they put me in a room with 2 queens. I obviously said yes since I didn't have a choice. In my first 10 minutes of being in the room, I hear loud Harley motorcycles coming and going. When I looked out the window I see the entire roof of the parking lot was filled motorcycles. Probably over a hundred of them. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked to be put on the other side of the building so I wouldn't be bothered overnight or early in the morning. The front desk staff said they can't do any room swaps because the hotel is full. If the noise becomes too bothersome then I should let them know and they will try to do something. It ended up being quiet the first night (Friday) and I got a full night of sleep. However on Sunday morning, the motorcycle gang started leaving around just before 7am. The motorcycle rumbling didn't stop until 10am (when I planned to get up). Some of their motorcycles were so loud that the curtain rod was rattling. I was so annoyed because every time I would fall back asleep, I would be woken up again. I ended up only sleeping 5 hours. I had a feeling it was going to be a problem and was disappointed the hotel didn't grant my request to move. Otherwise the room was very clean. My other issue at the hotel was the fact I had to wait for bell desk service every time for at least 15 mins and over 20 the last time.

Comfortable room but as you step out in the hallway even on the 17th floor, you can feel the smoke.

We've stayed here several times before, and the buffet upstairs was very good this time. Previously, the prime rib was barely acceptable, being almost completely well-done and dry. The hot foods set-up was also sloppy and looked unappetizing. The experience this time was a 180 degree turnaround. The other eating places were very good also.

Bed bugs found, refused to give me a refund. Management was so rude such an inconvenience and just really was immune to hearing complaints of infestation.

Check in and check out was good. Room was clean. Older facilities but overall my stay was good. I got a non smoking room but I believe the neighbors were smoking marijuana as it was really strong when we walked outside our room. Housekeeping was very nice. The restaurants we tried were good also.

staff was rude and uninformed. had to pay $75 deposit and wait 45 minutes to get it back after I checked out

Heater was too noisy to leave on during the night. I brought my own blanket. No in room coffee.

As an avid snowboarder I was looking for a place close to i-80 with easy access to all the nearby resorts. If that is your only ask and you don't care much for the hotel itself, the place delivers. The room was just okay, very very basic and similar to what you would get at a Motel 6 chain or similar. One unusual thing -- no coffee machine in the room, so if you want to make some tea or coffee you have to visit a coffee shop downstairs. The one negative thing that easily stands out form the rest has got to be the tobacco smell. The place smells like a tobacco factory so if you don't smoke, keep that in mind.

Decent comfort and quiet, yet close to busy casinos of the BigThree. Rooms very adequate with parking just a hop to casino and rooms. Eating places are good, loved the Mexican and cabana for quick lighter meals. Buffet on 2nd floor just average, but doesn't empty your wallet.

Room is clean, has good view and walking distance (1 block) to Taipei 101 Restaurant.

Everything was fine, cleaner air on gaming floor. The only problem was the wifi was very slow it made it difficult to read the news.

Dirty lipstick on counters toothpaste in sink hand prints every where. Tub filthy. Had to use towels as blankets!

Smells like lysol, Not upscale, staff is rude even when not busy. Make sure you don't ask anything too Indepth or use big words like customer service because all staff will stair at you like they are back in school and just simply do not get it. Make sure you pay deposit of 75.00 in cash so you get it back Otherwise take you chance, it is a gambling state

Rooms are falling apart. No area to work. Drapes don't work. Loose tile in the bathroom. Shower control that barely works. Get the picture? Food at the upscale restaurant is mediocre at best. Buffet was actually better. Casino stinks from all the smoking.

Comfortable room. Noisy neighbors but staff handled it. Casino reeks of cigarettes and full of the drunk and downtrodden.
