Everything satisfactory!!

Our room had a most beautiful mountain view. The bed was so comfortable and we got a much needed rest.

Aside from an aged room that smelled, we spent 2 days with no tv because their tv system didn't work.

Staff was very nice. Room disappointing. Be sure you realize the rooms pictured on the site are Not yet available. Our room had a window that was poorly sealed and leaked. Wind was whistling through it very loud all day. One bed sunk in on one side.

The hotel was not worth the room rate. Hotel and property in a steep decline. Main lobby had torn carpet, chipped floors, etc. Smoke smell was EVERYWHERE. Room had cheap worn out furniture. Hot water in sink didn't work. Repeated problems with TV and its reception.

Horrible beds old out dated

The front desk offered an early check in at no cost which was nice and the beds were clean. However, the property was grimy and dirty. The furniture was scratched and didn't function well. A huge scratch on the TV made watching anything irritating. Soap and shampoo are in pump form, tile and grout looked dirty as well. It must depend on which tower you stay in the quality of the room. There were no pictures of these rooms on the site. The casino and restaurants were so smoky we didn't spend any time in them. We only walked through the closest entrance to the room to avoid all the smoke. I would not reccomended staying here.

It was very cleab. The cleaning staff were constantly wiping down everything.

Old rooms , no microwave. The security follows you around never staying there again

Should be better service .. I requested for towel but still didn’t get it

We like that it close to the Dr office we go to. Don't like that the homeless beg for money.

It’s was old need to update rooms service was good but definitely need to remodel the rooms
