The food at the buffet was poor. Iit has been good in the past

Water cold very ran down and dirty lots of debre on floors and bedding very lacking. Flat sheets no hold and not comfortable.

Clean; non-smoking rooms are feel from cigarette smoke from the casino; hotel staff are friendly.

Great pool. Excellent location. 24 hr diner . Nice staff but they could use an extra bellhop.

Housekeeping is always top notch and kudos to them very respectful, courteous, and do an excellent job. My real issue is with restaurants and casino drink service. They are the most rude and miserable people. I spend a lot of money playing the keno machines and rarely if ever does a server come by and ask if I want a beverage there have been several occasions where when I had been asked I always get coffee with just cream and have been forgotten an hour literally an hours time goes by and the server lied to me on three different occasions saying someone was bringing me a drink and tells me she forgot my order 3 times finally I told a worker of my situation and a moment later I had my coffee

Nice property but was in a renovation. Had some issues with Tv working in my first room. Came across Rick in the elevator and got the tv working. But only for 10 minutes. So HE got me to another room, which was way better. Yes I would stay there again.

I expected the room to be outdated and unclean based on stories from friends. The carpets we're pretty dirty, food crumbs, and I wasn't willing to walk around barefoot. The popcorn ceiling had what looked to be many years of dust bunnies from the air unit hanging from it. I did appreciate the clean sheets and towels and that our non smoking room on the 12th floor did not smell of smoke.

Strong Trailer Park vibe- not kidding..... Room was good value, and fairly clean- but dated and needed some TLC. But- clientele- is distinctly a bit fringe.

No coffee maker in room , ice machine out of order, elevator not working, big stain on carpet in front of door, parking garage closed, refrigerator requested froze everything. Casino machines volume set to blast. Overall a very disappointing stay.

It was a basic hotel room. Bed, TV, and bathroom. There were no other amenities, which is just fine if that’s what you were after. It was for me. The one redeeming quality was the interactions with staff. The shuttle driver was fantastic. Front counter staff were very helpful and courteous. The smoking in the casino area is not something I was used to. Lastly, the surrounding neighborhood Is unpleasant.

A little noisy but great staff and crew.............

Have stayed at the Sands several times. excellent place

Jacuzzi was closed for repair.. Remodel underway of Buffet and guest rooms.
