The property was not anything like it was presented to be. Photos were misleading. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything including couples fighting 2-3 doors away. The furniture is tired looking. The hall carpets are stained. The deck and miniature golf below should have been replaced 6-8 yrs ago. I do need to mention the good though. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff did good work. They do have hot water. The bed was comfortable. Nothing wrong with the people. Just needs STC 52 walls, door seals, new finishes and furniture. They also have no phones for calling the desk when there is excessive noise/fights
Legacy Resorts seems to be in the middle of an upgrade, which is needed.
Staff and personnel were remarkable. Property is in constant need of repair. It will be tough to maintain good facility reviews without constant renovation.
I will know next time to read the fine print . I booked my room and paid for it when I got to the hotel the told me my room did not have ac so I felt like I didn’t have a choice but to up grade my room for my own comfort witch ended up costing me more money I didn’t read the fine print when the charged me a extra five dollars per day because the app did not this place is a joke

On arrival the thermostat was set for 70 but the room temperature was 80 We had to shut off the heat and open the patio door to cool the room down. Since the thermostat was not functioning, the room was often uncomfortable. We would not stay there again.
We were looking for a non-casino option for our family. This was not it. Difficult garage to get into, extremely hot room (in November), windows did not lock in the room, and overall "cheap" feel to the room. AND my credit card was charged for a "resort fee" after the fact that they never explained and was not part of booking info.

What I did not like about the stay was the check in process. I had called earlier in the day and gave them all my information to let them know I would be checking in after midnight. Told me it wouldn't be an issue. The security checking me in made it a huge issue. It took him calling someone who seemed to not be able to find my reservation considering it took him about 15 min. on the phone. Then their credit card machine didn't work so I had to give someone all my credit card information over the phone. All of this while he was taking his frustration out on us that his boss worked 16 hours that day. Never did I once complain about the whole process. He felt the need to be rude and take his frustration out on us. That is when I began getting mad. I just drove 9 hours and want the room I was promised. Very unprofessional. I am in the service industry and understand being short staffed and working long hours. Didn't feel the need to ask why he was being such an ***, but he was quick to share!
property is old/dated but clean for what it is. The Heating unit was extremely noisy and blew directly on the beds, waking us up each time it turned on. Mattresses are very uncomfortable. Resort fees were not included in orbits fees and was charged later.

We like the staff’s professionalism and getting my family checked in quickly. We do not think it is reasonable to have a check in time of 4pm and then the check out is 10am. Your prices are not low enough or discounted enough from the bigger establishments for you to have a check out of 10am and then when I asked for a late checkout, I was told no. Why not? People can not check in until 4pm!!! That is more than enough time to grab all the linens and somewhat clean
The air conditioning worked poorly, running constantly it maintained the room at 78. The air conditioning leaked on the floor, the carpet was soggy and there was mold on the carpet. Parking for an SUV was difficult. There was no place to plug in a CPAP. The location was very convenient for walking downtown and the river walk.
Located in Downtown Reno, Legacy Vacation Resorts Reno is next to Washoe County Courthouse and Nevada Museum of Art. This 93-room, 3-star condo building has an indoor pool along with free in-room WiFi and free self parking.
Each condo is heated and features a kitchen with an oven and a microwave. A TV comes with cable channels, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a spring water bath and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.
