The room had a foul smell. The room didn’t have hot water!!! There were homeless people on the street. I checked out early and the property refused to refund unused nights! Do not book here!!!!!!

Laundry Amenities: Yes there are washers and dryers there, but they were out of service the entire duration of my stay. Not good. I was there over 3 weeks and always there was a note on both washers: “out of service. Sorry for the inconvenience.” Well, “sorry” doesn’t really get things fixed. When i complained about it, all I ever got was “Sorry.” I saw no effort made to fix them. “Sorry” isn’t “sustainable” either, CEO of Legacy Resorts! There was bad a water leak directly outside my door every morning. I stepped in a puddle of water every day when I went out the door. I can say that my room was well maintained and well stocked. The staff took good care of the guests except for the laundry room and the old water pipes.
