Update refreshing look in the rooms got to stay in the newly renovated rooms at Circus Circus and oh what a joy. They added a much needed refrigerator because many times you over eat and you have a great new you like to eat the next day. Going addition I would suggest is to add a microwave to those rooms so the Great meal with you now can be reheated

The experience was great as the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy as there were no lines. Checking out was quick and easy from the room.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Rooms were super spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and overall enjoyed my stay very much.

Room ok. Not the cleanest room next door sounded like they had 7 people inthere with kids. Youngest child cried a lot and older adults yelled a lot in another language which made child cry more. Someone kept opening connecting door. Long night did not sleep due to noise.

There are nicer areas and definitely nicer casinos then this one in Reno.

Good, clean place to stay! Filled our need for a place to stop and get some rest.

Hotel is older. Stayed in older part. It's clean and the cleaning crew do a decent job. Hard to go anywhere because of the distance needed to walk to get to mian area. For handicap of any kind it's not easy.

Had a very good experience. Room was clean. Parking was easily accessed. Staff were friendly.

It is a nice hotel. Casino needs more tables form gambling. Very quixk check-in and check-out. Valet parking need to be a bit faster. It took us more than 20 minutes to get out car. I like the room services.

Garage elevator does not work. Very confusing parking garage.

Casino was ok, over priced for what we received. Room smelled bad and was very outdated. The gift shops and cafe located by our room was closed the entire time we stayed there (over the weekend). Would recommend checking out other casinos before booking this one.

Unfortunately I got there very tired I got new renew room in the fourth floor that it was nice, the not nice thing it's the toilet was dirty it has signs of pee on it just disgusting so I went down to the lobby where I had to make the whole line again to complain when I got there the employee apologize and told me she will get her manager the manager somehow doubt about the incident barely apologize and gave me an upgrade last floor room clean but old could it be a better experience but the truth it's the hotel is just old and not so good

The city of Reno itself is a disgusting hellhole, it seems like anybody who lives there is a homeless person. That being said, the hotel and casino or nice the people are nice inside of the hotel and casino, and it's connected to a bunch of other little hotels and casinos. It was a great experience if you stay inside. And the price is amazing on a weekday.

It was a Friday afternoon during normal check in time and they only had 3 people at the front desk checking customers in. The line was long and I wanted over 45 minutes. The staff kept going in the back which made it even longer. You would think they would be fully staffed on a Friday afternoon. My room looked as if was not vacuumed and bathroom toilet was still dirty with urine under the seat and around rim.

No fridge in room. Asked for one on Friday afternoon. "that will be $6 a day" ok then bring one. Upon check out tuesday morning we recieved no fridge. Saturday we went to Walmart and bought a cooler. again at checkout we had been charged for a fridge we never received. supposedly they credited my card. also the toilet was leaking, making a lake on the bathroom floor. one good thing was that maintenance came right away and fixed it. also called for maintenance because the a/c was poor. the man removed the filter which had obviously not been cleaned in at least a year, it had inch thick crud stuck to it. he went and cleaned it and then the a/c worked well. and lastly, there is no ventilation in the rooms, not even a bathroom fan.

we called to get early check in & they said no we would have to wait until 3pm. went there at 3 and they had no rooms ready for anyone. Not one single room was clean eventhough check out was at 11am. People were very angry and they offered no explanation other than the rooms weren't ready yet. Finally after over an hour we got a room. They gave us an upgrade but honestly if that was there better room it leaves much to be desired. Not to mention the big dust bunny on the floor. They definitely need to hire more cleaning staff to get the rooms turned over by check in time.

Hotel is clean but expensive for the price $140 / night for Friday night no breakfast included. I rather stay in the small hotel next time

We felt the hotel was dated when we arrived but grew to really like the hotel and the entire property by the time we departed 5 days later.

Hotel was in a central location to visit my family.

We arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday, and it took 55 minutes to check-in due to a huge line and insufficient staff. We wanted to add another day to our stay, and they said we'd have to come back the next day to the check-in line, so we skipped it. They did allow us to pay a little extra for a late check-out to 4pm which was nice. The room was fine, a little outdated, but comfortable. It had been cleaned, but there was a cheerio on the bathroom sink and the sheets had small stains.
