Hotel was in a central location to visit my family.

We arrived at 4:30pm on Saturday, and it took 55 minutes to check-in due to a huge line and insufficient staff. We wanted to add another day to our stay, and they said we'd have to come back the next day to the check-in line, so we skipped it. They did allow us to pay a little extra for a late check-out to 4pm which was nice. The room was fine, a little outdated, but comfortable. It had been cleaned, but there was a cheerio on the bathroom sink and the sheets had small stains.

Being a resort casino in Reno NV, you are charged a resort fee and they usually give you a coupon book when you check in ie: free drinks, internet, maybe a matching bet at one of their tables, just different free sutff. This time they said they ran out but still charged you. That is Not right. Its a good thing the room was in pretty good shape.

Perfect for a quick stay with kids. Basic Hotel room. I wish it had had a refrigerator but better than I expected for the price and the kids really enjoyed it.

We'd never been to Reno and this was reasonably priced. The location was great to walk to restaurants, and other casinos.

we come have lot fun, good location . nice night view.

Good hotel, nice casino, tram to other casino was good.

OK stay. Staff is friendly and professiomal. Rooms are old and tired.

Our bed sheets had holes in them, pillow cases were stained. Bath tub had sand and dirt in it. Tv did not work not the best to spend our wedding anniversary.

The room itself was quite nice especially for the price! Registration was rather cumbersome and inconveniently placed to the room but we took the short rail ride once we figured out where we needed to go.

Our frustrations began at the airport where the scheduled shuttle bus never showed up. After waiting 40 minutes ( we arrive 5 minutes before a scheduled pick up time) we were offered a ride by another hotel driver. We later found out that the afternoon shift driver had not shown up. We had a long trek, up and down stairs, with our suitcases and there is no posted schedule for the tram to our building, so we had no idea if we should wait or just walk it. There are multiple ads for "lots of places to eat" but we found only two that were open. This was around 6:30 p.m., so dinner time for many people. We were also looking forward to seeing some of the "world famous circus acts performed every 30 minutes" but those also were closed up and not available until the next evening. Really? W e had also been told it was possible to walk from casino to casino, but when we asked how to get out of Circus Circus we were just directed to an escalator that took us to another floor. We only had one evening in Reno as it was part of our journey to another destination, but we don't have very good memories to encourage a return visit.

It's the little things that can make or break a customer's visit. The most important thing is customer service. Sometimes that alone, can make up for older rooms, missing amenities, etc. But during our stay that didn't happen! Check in was smooth. No issues at all. Called down to housekeeping for more towels because for a family of 4, three body towels and wash cloths aren't gonna cut it. They answered said there were a few ahead of us... we said thank you. They hung up. Without saying you're welcome or anything! Then we never got the towels and the next day after the room was cleaned we still didn't get an efficient amount of towels. Only on the last day did the maid actually give us enough. Then front desk was not very knowledgeable about the restaurants operating times etc... just not friendly... The employees there were just not friendly. Smug and rude. There was only one and he was a bellman and we met him in the elevator... so I never caught his name! But he should train the other staff on how to treat guests!

Perfect time of year. Not crowded in hotel. Easy walk to campus, McDonalds for an early breakfast. Great that it was right on street near Hot August Nites ( music, vintage cars). Enjoyed 28 th floor views. Amazing lights. Thank you for a great experience; many family members gathered at this hotel too

Would recommend for location and price....but not for luxury or extravaganza. Hotel is priced appropriately for lack of upkeep. But clean.

Hotel staff were very friendly. Property was clean and well cared for.

We were disappointed with the condition of the bad smelling, outdated, room.

I stay here because it is very kid friendly. They help make an adult town also for the little ones.

Long way walk to casino. Hotel in the other building ,shuttle service slow.

Good place for Business travelers,Couples and Families, Wide variety of food options Clean and comfortable. Quiet place If Gambling is what you have in mind many opportunities to do so. If you do not Gamble that is OK as more places you can go for entertainment

Undergoing renovations, including most restaurants. Even the buffet was closed from Monday to Thursday. No pool. Several stores closed early and many weren't even open on Monday.
