The room and the staff were great--Everything was perfect. Thanks

Very cheap but not very clean - AT ALL! You get what you pay for and I would not stay there again.

The hotel was great but the service took very long. I ask a couple extra bags for my dirty clothes and it took staff over an hour to bring them. Also bell service took over an hour to come to assistant me with my bags. I had to call TWICE. Honestly I think they forgot about my bell service! They came within 5 minutes after my second call .

Horrible, I was not told by Orbits that I had to leave a deposit upon checking in. The hotel room was very dirty. There was a major leak from the sink in the restroom. TV was not working properly. The security people checking your room key made the stay very unpleasant. I felt like I was checking into a prison. Beda were very uncomfortable.

We were there for the Elevate The Stage gymnastics meet.

Updated rooms with new carpeting, new beds, new decor and new bath fixtures. Restaurant areas upstairs revised and updated also. New restaurants and I was told the arcade area was updated although I wouldn't know.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable I believe it time to retired that poor sofa and on top of it the next morning when we pulled the bottoms blankets we found blood on one end of the bed which it was really gross but too late to complaint as it was the next morning too bad we were too tired to pull out all the blankets the night before. Anyways for what they charge they could invest more in updating their facilities and making sure that all blankets are change between stays.

I was very disappointed that my room did not have a refrigerator. I need oI lne to keep my daughter's medicine.

Staff are very nice, and provide good service. The room is sufficiently clean.

The front desk staff started my stay off on a great note! There was a line that I stood in for awhile, but quickly forgot about it due to the staff's helpfulness and very pleasant demeanor. Our room was nice enough. It was clean and had enough room for all of our clothes to be unpacked and out away. To be honest, I love the hotel for my kids. It's great in the winter because it's far enough away for the kids to think it's an exclusive trip. We can stay in the hotel and not have to go outside for their entertainment or food. Just very convenient.

My husband and I were stopping over in Reno after hiking in the Mammoth / Bishop areas. We had a nice room with a view of the mountains. Accommodations were great value. This is our second year in a row and we will continue to come back.

Bath door broken, signs for garage and hotel. One Lift broken

Went to Reno for skiing. Hotel was great, for resting after skiing day. Good environment if you like to gamble or night clubs and bars For my trip was great, we were in floor 21, not noise and we were able to rest very well. Please at front desk very helpful Will return

Safe , clean and a lot of entertainment!!!!!! A lot of places to eat restaurants, bars , gambling,

Update refreshing look in the rooms got to stay in the newly renovated rooms at Circus Circus and oh what a joy. They added a much needed refrigerator because many times you over eat and you have a great new you like to eat the next day. Going addition I would suggest is to add a microwave to those rooms so the Great meal with you now can be reheated

The experience was great as the room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Check in was quick and easy as there were no lines. Checking out was quick and easy from the room.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Rooms were super spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and overall enjoyed my stay very much.

Room ok. Not the cleanest room next door sounded like they had 7 people inthere with kids. Youngest child cried a lot and older adults yelled a lot in another language which made child cry more. Someone kept opening connecting door. Long night did not sleep due to noise.

There are nicer areas and definitely nicer casinos then this one in Reno.

Good, clean place to stay! Filled our need for a place to stop and get some rest.
