Really lacking on knowledge of scooter rental had to wait 45 minutes ended up having to go to the silver legacy just to get the scooter rental unacceptable really inconvenient for my mom who could barely walk i can't see my self staying there again

Can do a better job with the elevators in the parking garage…very long wait time for it to get to floors….along with the ones in the hotel. There’s SIX elevators …. But seems like only two were operating ….

On Friday night there was a 2 hour line to check in to the hotel. It was an awful experience. I would like to be compensated for this discomfort. The decor is also outdated and run down. The room itself was fine and comfortable and had a nice mountain view.

Not bad and nothing special. The room was clean and taken care of after each night. Valet said it would be slow, but it wasn’t that bad. Pretty good experience overall.

The bathroom was nice, big and clean. The room was nice, great view and also clean. The downside was the broken AC unit, as the room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. There were no stairs to the room, so we stood in a really long line of people just to get on the elevator to get to the room, and that was after the check-in process involved a long line. Once we made it to the room though, the bed was comfortable and we got to watch several fireworks shows from our hotel view. Just please fix the AC unit, that's our only critique.

Step up the Games

Half midway games closed, restaurants were closed. Parking and check in was nightmare. Trip was for 5 yo grandson, very disappointed.

It’s circus circus. Should’ve known

Reserved a room, upon check in I was talked into another room I thought would be better for $18. The room had curtains breaking off the hinges, electrical cords showing underneath the AC unit and a broken shower sprayer.
