Friendly staff upon check-in However after 2.5 hr wait for our room - the suite sliding door lock was broken. 2 engineers sent to fix and unable to repair. Sold out and no other room provided to fix the problem. So we were forced to book another hotel about 30 minutes away. The WiFi is week in the lobby and NOT available throughout the property or room on top of the door security issues. The sofa in the room is in home condition, the room fixtures are in pier condition- lamp in double room is rusted and wire is exposed. This is al inclusive Mexican property - no tortillas at the buffet where we attempted to eat while waiting for check-in. We have been traveling to mexico for the last 15 years and never had this experience.

We had a great view from our room, however we were expecting balcony too. Apparently to get the balcony room we had to pay extra. Overall the staff tried their best to make our stay pleasant even tho some room upgrades were missing. The Italian restaurant has best food, we really enjoyed it. Having marina side & beach side is a plus for guests, walking distance from both sides very close. Location was pretty quiet & the pools were not packed. Mojito was great :)
