Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size, good location property doesn’t make sence ,food was mediocre,ala cart no thank you , no night entertainment, vendors all.over the pool area wasn't very relaxing when the came ever minute from early morning to night ! This property was good , however there was a new building being constructed which was very noisy. The bars did not open until 11am and closed early with only one remaining open until midnight. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean , however the cleaners would take the bathmat and hand towel and not replace them. You also had to ask for a facecloth . Overall it was a good trip. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice.

They cleaned our room every day but not as clean tho. If the sheets are dirty they will keep them the same and won’t change them Staff : some of them are really sweet and some are so disrespectful and they don’t care about you they just see you as money. Food: it’s not bad but every day exactly the same food so it was so tiring and you can’t eat for a full week in there. You have to go eat out of the resort once a while so you’re not tired of the same food.

This property needs up grading The top of the toilet was loose. there was no place to hang towels if you wanted to use them again The rooms could have been cleaner there was dust on the lamp and under the bed which had been there awhile. I had to ask the cleaner to wash the floor after a week of being thereOur room was cleaned at around 4:30 or later our house keeper could not speak English so was difficult to communicate The staff were excellent
