I like that it was close to restaurants, but what i didnt like was the tv was not working. After a long day you want to laid down and watch tv, but no. Not only that the rooms were right next to the streets were we slept, it didnt let me sleep with all that traffic noise. Cars with loud music, and loud muffler. Who the hell could relax or sleep. This is the 2nd time i stood here, i thought i learn my lesson, i guess not. Never again. Despite telling them i should of got a discount, they brushed it off, speak to management in the morning, but there was no management. LIKE I SAID, NEVER AGAIN...
Location was great. But unfortunately this area is too noisy and the windows dont stop the noise because their too old. This place needs to be remodeled to become a competitive among the others.
Amazing small little place. Very good price for its awesome location.

Our room had NO windows, this is an over priced Motel its not a Hotel. Very old looking, does not offer anything just 2 little bars of soap in the bathroom.
The only thing I liked about this place was the location. The staff was ok, but the facility left much to be desired. It was old, in need of repairs, updating. The wifi, about the only real amenity, was horrendously unstable. I don’t think I’d ever stay at this place again!
Location was great. Very close to the beach and a variety of markets and restaurants.

Hello Antonio Since we are located in the center of the Isla Verde strip it might get a bit noisy and we do not have control of the environment outside of our hotel. We also have a 24 hour staff that if contacted they will assist you in anytime you need. We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have encounter.

Hi Jose, Thanks for your honest review. As you mentioned, our hotel is a historic property that has been many years on Ave Isla Verde. We have plenty of guests who visit us during the year just to revive memories. Even though its a historical hotel, our team keeps working hard to improve our accommodations for future guests.
