Please fix the elevator door. The noise was awful each time the elevator door opened. All night as guests hauled there luggage upstairs, each time the door opened with a bang.

Love it, Quite and nice Hotel. Walking distance of El condado with a lot of places to eat and hang out. Will stay here again.

This is a really cute hotel, they offered us breakfast and it was such a nice surprise

No hoy water, when I called to let them no they basically told me to suck it up

We had 2 separate stays Brenda and Genesis were there at check in- both terrific. Unfortunately, night person on both stays super loud-- no regard or consideration for our room 101 next to office or later 103 on first floor. We asked if they have any quiet hours he said only after midnight. On second stay it was after midnight he was loudly talking with guests- we asked "please keep it down", "we're trying to sleep"--he could care less. At other small inn in the area, they have and respect "quiet hours". Despite wonderful day staff like Brenda/Genesis if you can't get a any sleep it's not worth it :(

This place was a terrible!! The elevator was out of order, you have to wait until 4:00 to check in and then they have no towels when you do. The beds are single beds (at least our room had single beds - they are four inches off the ground and they were the WORST beds I have ever slept in!! Soft, over used, just terrible!! Just pure SH*T!!!!!

FYI for anyone staying here, there is one or more small square windows in the room/bathroom. These will not lock. I was in 4 different rooms in this hotel and every single one had a window that wouldn't lock. These staff seemed to have no idea that this was an issue.

It was intimate and a very convenient location but the room we had was right near the entrance and every morning we were woken up by people talking loudly and loud noises. The walls were paper thin so we could hear every movement.

No había señal de wifi en el 4 piso y había llevado a mis niños es lo único q no me gusto lo demas excelente

No tv. No wifi. No shower at the pool. No room service unless asked. Just vibes

nice boutique hotel

Dear, John, First, I want to thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. At the time, you were staying with us, one of our elevators was out of service due to power outages during and after Hurricane Fiona impacted our island. For the inconvenience, it caused, I am sorry. We are expected to have it up and running between the next two weeks. Not having towels inside your room is unacceptable, this will be communicated with a sense of urgency to our housekeeping team. It would be a privilege if you gave us another opportunity to make things right for you. We would like to demonstrate the true, caring service we aim to provide to each of our guest. We would greatly appreciate giving us another opportunity. Please, feel free to call and ask for me, the General Manager, so we can discuss and plan something nice and memorable. Thank you, again, and hope you have a fantastic week! With great respect and gratitude,The GM and The Ivy Hotel Family
