This property is very dated. Many coats of paint, and doors sticking, and not opening easily. Very clean, and the staff was concerned about our comfort. With covid restrictions, the still came and knocked on the door asking if we needed anything (towels, cofee, ect.)
The linens , including the bed sheets and bath towels , all were filthy. Not stained , previously used .
The staff was horrible! We tried to check in 5 minutes before 3 and were told we would be charged an early check in fee! An hour before I could understand but 5 minutes seemed ridiculous. We were treated like an inconvenience to them the entire time. There was only one towel in our room; when we asked for 2 more they huffed at us wrote down how many towels they were giving us and didn't say another word; just looked at us like "are you serious right now". It was just my husband and I for this trip. When we asked for a second room key we were told "you only get one key. Want another room key, rent another room". The location itself was fine, but the patrons of the establishment were a whole different story. It was so noisy at night and the staff did absolutely nothing about it. Running up and down the halls, fights in the parking lot and kids playing in the parking lot. I will NEVER stay in a Super 8 again because of this experience.
I liked everything with this property the outside might look a little rough but the rooms are nice.
I would of liked the Ac on when I got to my room. It was really hot.
The location was good, the room was decent. The price was ok for what you got. The room was hot, floors didn't look very clean, the refrigerator was in a phone book because the floor was uneven and wouldn't stay closed. The outside of the building wasn't very kept. The pool was clean. Breakfast was not that good. Shower was terrible. I would choose to pay more because i didn't feel the price was worth it still.

I had called prior to making the purchase. I wanted to know if the 3 beds room was handicapped accessible and if they had a pool. I was assured yes. When we arrived I was angry to have to encounter a dangerous set of stairs in order to use the room and the pool was being jackhammered - noise and disappointment. There were burn holes in the bedding, broken lamp shades, a broken electrical outlet that everything was plugged into that crackled and sparked. To say we feared for our lives was true but everything in the area was booked up. Management was hostile and greedy. Internet could not be fixed, and breakfast was minimal. I would stay away from this place. The price may lure you in but it is not well cared for nor a safe place to stay.
Staff was very friendly. Had an issue with noise from room next to us at 2am.
Nice hotel, near the Militay base of Parris Island, near facilities to acquire everything necessary while visiting South Carolina. Quick attention of the personnel , room in excellent condition, good housekeeping services. I was able to attend all the events of my son's graduation without any problem, Thanks for your excellent service.
The pictures made it look way too good. There was a hole in our wall an extra bed we never asked for the fridge clunked all night and there were stains everywhere and for some reason a kleenex shoved in the peep hole.
Lots of hair in tub/shower. Killed a roach second day. Bed was too soft, though I do require a stiff mattress. Portions of wall molding falling off. Price was low. Staff was VERY accommodating on two separate requests. Good location for Parris Island. Result : You get what you pay for.
