Every room we went to had dead bugs. When the sun went down the live ones started running around. We left. We were told all hotels have bugs. No sorry. They didn’t offer to even move our stuff. Than we are out at night looking for another room. Place is infested. Don’t go there.

I liked the fact it had lazy river pool and ocean was our backyard and close to few things we had interest in. The thing that we didnt like is that this hotel is really outdated and needs new upgrade on mattresses. The hallways didnt seem to be vaccumed. Our stove was turned on when we entered our room at check in. Out of 4 electric ranges, only 1 worked. The pressure of water in shower (head), a bit weak.

I didn’t like anything about this property. The hotel had roaches, I complained to front desk and the lady told me if she switched my room I would more than likely have the same problem. The room was not as clean as it should have been. Telephone didn’t work, maintenance did come replace the phone and spray for bugs which made even more bugs come out . We were in town for my daughter’s competition so a lot of hotels were booked up and this hotel said no refund. I would never stay here again or recommend this nasty, dirty , big infested hotel to anyone.

The bathroom ceiling and bottom of bath tub had mold, the ceiling in living area was peeling and flaking, there was, what appeared to be vomit chunks on the headboard for the Murphy bed, a massive round, sticky spot on the floor near balcony door, the room with double bead had dirty spots on ceiling, the wrap around Murphy bed was stained with grease and bodily fluids, there is a crack in the shower, and the exhaust fan was so dusty and gross.

It does need to be updated a little but it is right on beach staff was very good within walking distance of anything you need

A but outdated but surprisingly it compares to compass cove, coral beach which are a lot more expensive. We were looking for a cheaper alternative thinking we’d crash somewhere else, but did not feel a need at all. Place was much nicer than we expected

Location was awesome! And amenities were good! No issues that I encountered. Great place to stay!

Went to check in had two reservations receptionist told me they didn’t have second one, so made plans at other hotel, look online found receipt where I has paid for one of the nights that I didn’t have a reservation for, went to front desk, they said I’d have to speak to a manager and she wasn’t there, said she’s be back in the am, so I came back same thing happened not in come back tomorrow went on for 3 days finally gave up ate the 190 dollars , and left early, restaurants not open tiki bar only open intermittently, staff very hard working, friendly.

We’ll I have to say I hate posting negative reviews. But this has to be said. The staff was very condescending when we checked in. I let that go. But between the TV that cut out every two minutes and then stayed off for 10 or more, the ginormous roach that we found in our room when we went to the bathroom, the fact that out of four lights in the room only one worked and when you turn the switch off it killed the TV and just all-around cleanliness and upkeep was subpar at best. I have to say this is one place I will not be staying again, we’ve stayed here before quite a few years ago, but just seems to get worse each time we stayed here.

This property is was a MAJOR false advertisement. It looks NOTHING like what the pictures say!!! The bathroom was dirty, the floor was disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been mopped in months. The furniture was run down. The bed was broken. The sheets and towels smelled bad. They tell you everything is open but it’s not. The lounge is closed, the restaurant was closed, the outside bar closed really early and the whole hotel is depressing. They turned the water off and didn’t tell us, nor did they answer the phone when we called. Worse place I ever stayed. Don’t waste your money. My Mother’s Day was horrible here.

- asked to be in lower room & they refused - every towel had stain on it - tv didn’t work , had to come to my room twice to fix the tv. - couldn’t call front desk from room phone because our room phone didn’t have buttons, when i called from my cell phone no answer - stove was rusted & unsanitary - lamp shade was rusted - beds was hard as a rock & head boards was nailed to the wall but it wasn’t stable I feared it would fall on me while I slept.
