I like how I was put in a room with front row to fireworks show room was nice looking spacious but smell of urine someone was getting busy yuck.
I love the location. My esa dog was happy and accepted by friendly staff. The cost was reasonable. It’s next to a bayfront park with plenty of picnic tables and barbecue grills. It’s a great family location.
Peaceful, by a nice park and walking path. Close to everything. Nice place
Very nice, a little dated but the restaurant is great and it's on the river
Very dirty and very old not worth the money
Excellent location, staff went above and beyond to accommodate a booking date discrepancy. Place is old and in obvious need of cosmetic redo but may be beyond help. Falling apart.....too bad!!

We had a tiny trickle of water that came out of the faucet. In the shower hot was marked as cold and cold was marked as hot in the shower. There were stains on the sheets and pillows.
They ran out of coffee by 9am Sunday morning with no attempt to rectify the situation. Tons of people complaining but no one on staff thought of going out to but coffee. Just responded that they “ran out”.
Room poorly maintained. Holes in bathroom walls, escutcheons all well loose or falling. Mismatched furniture and burned out light Desk personnel said “I’m sorry” but did nothing more. Room was not even ready at 4:30pm. Said we were given an upgraded room if that was an upgrade then I would hate to see a standard room.
Poor
This property has seen better days. The beds we old. The electrical outlets did not work. The television did not work. The place was rundown. Very sad.
The location along the Harbor was a real drawing point.
We love the location and the friendly staff. Hotel was clean, but needs updating. The furniture and carpet were stainned and gives a dirty appearance.
Phone in room dead, black mold in tub caulking, beds were very uncomfortable, toilet backed up Place looked inviting but our room was substandard. Would never go back
I got a room for my wife here durring a convention she was attending and she called me as she was leaving the property because it was extremely dirty and smelled like mold. Here mattress seemed like a lumpy pile of blankets and the room was dirty and smelled bad too. She went and got a room at one of the chain hotels knowing they would be cleaner. I hope they refund the money.
We were not happy with this hotel. I booked a room with balcony. The girl at the front desk gave us room in the 4th floor. There was no balcony. When I asked her to change the room she gave us room on the 1st floor. No balcony again. The door leads to outside. But the most disappointing thing was that the room was so old and the bathroom stunk like urine. The hotel is not kept good. Only 1 elevator per floor. There are maybe more than 20 rooms on each floor. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee- the machine was broken. A small toaster for the whole hotel. Looks like they wanted to discourage you to have breakfast. The location is good but that’s about it. If you don’t believe me check it out yourselves.
Prices this time of year are sky high, so I appreciated the good price for a fantastic location. That said, the hotel would benefit from some investments. The breakfast room is quite tiny for such a large busy property, and while there are hand sanitizer stands in the lobby and (empty) gym, there are none in the breakfast room. Everyone touches everything (and then often put it back!), no one wears masks, and while staff worked hard to try to keep it stocked, I never saw them sanitizing any high touch surfaces. We were informed AFTER completing checkin that the hotel was not providing any room cleaning services either. We were staying for 2 weeks! I can understand not cleaning for short stays, but 2 weeks is a long time with no cleaning at all. And if they won’t clean, it would be nice to at least offer the use of cleaning materials so we could clean our own room. The shower is pitched wrong so water accumulates on the far side away from the drain, creating a 3-inch pond of standing grey water in the room. And the local water smells heavily of sulphur, adding to the ickiness. The lamps were all rusted, there were lightbulbs out. Many of the rooms are quite dated. Our experience with staff was mixed - most were friendly, a few were helpful and competent, others clearly just trying to get through their shift. The location is so great and this property has such great potential, but it needs some TLC and basic hygiene.
