location was perfect, hotel itself was nice. room just was a little dirty. had some gnat or fruit fly looking bugs in bathroom and on the walls. blankets were dirty. didnt know i got a handicap room until i got there which was whatever. im not a clean freak was expecting a little more for the price although i know price was up because of game this weekend

Hotel was ranked with 4 stars. My room was cold and the thermostat didn't work. The furniture was old and worn. The curtain sheers were torn. No premium channels as advertised. $200 per night, $45 per day IF i had used valet service plus $13 per day to use the parking garage. The previous night I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. It was nicer and breakfast was free, so was parking.$5 a bottle for water.

You can't beat the location, specially if you're going to Accrisure or PNC Park. We have stayed here many times before and this time it was disapointing. The hotel seems old now, the air conditioner makes a lot of noise. If you don't request in advance for house keeping to make the beds they don't, they just take out the trash and change the towels. The smell in the lobby is aweful, like a grandma's perfume.
